Good cost benefit

A whole building of new and well-equipped flats. A practical, clean and economical place. The only observation I make to those who do not know João Pessoa is that the neighborhood of Bessa is a bit away from the bubble of Tambaú/Manaira/White Cabo. Taking that out, the place is nice. There is no parking space for all the flats but the street is quiet. I drove a bike and stayed on the sidewalk, no problems.

A locação é muito boa. A mais ou menos 200 metros da praia do Bessa. Local limpo, novo. Tranquilo. Recomendo para pequenas estadias. Tipo até 5 dias.

O primeiro contato foi muito difícil, mas depois que consegui pelo WhatsApp fluiu bem. A unidade é pequena, um único ambiente com banheiro, o ideal é fazer lanches frios, porque até pra fritar um ovo gera muita fumaça. Mas o ambiente é limpo e confortável (estávamos em 3 pessoas) talvez pra 5 fique um pouco apertado. Tem mercado e padaria próximo à praia do Bessa pode ir andando.
