Good stay

I had a good experience. The receptionists very helpful and kind room wide, airy, with a good shower, no hairdryer. A good breakfast with homemade items. An outdoor area with a beautiful lawn garden, lots of flowers, cribs and chairs.

O hotel é bem localizado na margem da Br , estacionamento não coberto, apto confortável, bom café da manhã simples , e restaurante que funciona á noite. Preço de diárias relativamente alto . Atendimento cordial.

Uma armadilha na beira da estrada.

De Cuiabá a caminho de São Paulo, achei que seria uma boa parar para descansar antes de seguir viagem, cheguei neste estabelecimento e me ofereceram o quarto executivo, com ar condicionado split, frigobar e tv. Chegando no quarto constatei que não tinha nada a ver com o oferecido, pedi a troca do quarto e me ofereceram um outro porem o mesmo só tinha uma cama de casal, recusei pois estava com viajando com meu tio. Como não tinham outro quarto pedi o ajuste da tarifa para o valor correspondente. Então voltei para o quarto e encontrei mais problemas, a TV não funcionava pois não tinha controle remoto, pedi na recepção e não entregaram, fui tomar banho e o banheiro estava um nojo com lixo e asa de barata boiando na agua. O frigobar velho estava desligado tentei ligar para gelar minha agua e nem isso funcionou. Enfim péssima experiência não recomendo, fiquei somente pq estava extremamente cansado.
