Stay with fair value
We had a very good stay at the hotel, with comfortable bed, hot shower and delicious breakfast. I make a few comments:
1- There was a disruption of information regarding the reservation. I booked through the Accor website, including breakfast, and when I arrived at the reception to check in, I was informed that the coffee was not included, even though the total was charged as stated on the booking. Obviously I objected and had to send the "print" of the booking confirmation, which I received by email, to the hotel whatsapp, to prove the inclusion of breakfast in my purchase. Everything went well, but the hotel needs to review the communication with the Accor website to avoid further embarrassment like this one.
2- There are two own parking spaces of the hotel, being one open and one covered. For those who choose to keep the car in the covered parking lot, I recommend that you have an extra skill to deviate from the many pilasters that are in it, as it is extremely difficult to manoeuvre both to enter and to exit. An extra note is that this parking is not recommended for large cars, such as trucks and SUVs, for example.
3- The hotel does not provide face towels.
Apart from that, our stay was quite pleasant, the staff are kind and attentive.

Just by the proposal
Fair hotel. Upon arrival, we had booked 2 rooms, for one night only. When checking in, one of the rooms was messy, with black food. It seemed a mistake to us but, anyway, it was risky because we were with 4 teenagers. The breakfast is fair by the hotel's proposal, but the shower was very bad.

deplorable attention!
We got to the hotel, it was raining. One of us went to the reception. The front door was closed and there was no one at the front desk. After waiting in the rain appeared official Daniel. She asked to open the garage gate and he said he was spoiled. Said q can do is help with the rain guard. Arriving in my car I asked him if he could not put the gate in the manual, he said q no because the gate was almost falling. Except it has 2 garage gates. I asked then, are the 2 almost falling? He said no. Just the guest. The other is of employees. So I asked to open the staff only to come down with the bags quickly. He said he couldn't. I released an incredible one! The answer was even more unhappy, said make a complaint and puts my name. Oh, my God! Finally we went up to the room and after getting things ready we went to bed and there was no sheets in the bed. Only virol. I called my mom's room and the same thing. Nothing to cover. I called the reception and of course, you didn't answer. I changed my clothes again and went down to pick up sheets at the reception...and at breakfast even poorly polite service...officials passing in a hurry, without a smile, a good day and even answered...I asked to cut, she brought but left without answering...I was impressed. When he returned with the talher I thanked and denovo did not respond. Anyway...the hotel is far from standard ibis styles. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Cockroach in the room and lack of cleaning
As soon as I arrived I found a cockroach in the bathroom.
Minutes later another cockroach in the wardrobe.
The next night another cockroach in the bathroom.
I killed them all and didn't complain.
I arrived at the room at night and it had not been cleaned or tidied.
I called reception and the attendant couldn't say whether it was daily cleaning or not.
Anyway, 100% terrible.

Excellent location, excellent service, excellent breakfast
Check-in was quite slow, but that was due to the volume of people who arrived together!
I spent practically 1 week at the hotel and I highly recommend it.
Always attentive and friendly service!
Absolutely impeccable cleaning of the rooms.
Air conditioning with up-to-date maintenance.
All in all, I had a good experience and I recommend it to other travelers!
