A wonderful experience and a very welcoming reception of the beloved Nanda and Rafa and their Three Mosqueteers Meleca, Salem and Ninho ... Excellent location, simple and delicious breakfast, good rooms.... It is worth it!!

Don't stay there, don't take pet

People I stayed in that hostel, they don't like dog noise, so don't take it. Mine cried a lot and I was forbidden to leave without her. The pool is very deep(1,70) and dirty, there is no way to take a bath in it. There is no room cleaning, there is no restaurant that can offer no meal, the breakfast is awful, I did not have coffee a day there, I had to buy toilet paper, only had 1 roll that was finished and was not repaired. They entered the room without my permission because my dog, according to them was crying very loudly and gave water to her, sent me a video of the noise of the dog, which was not that loud for the video. There is no minimum security in the hostel at night, the gate is closed with a wire. I tried a cancellation agreement of the remaining diary and a refund even if it was partial, I was enrolled, invented excuses and did not. I had to go home earlier than planned, I lost my money, I didn't take advantage of anything, because I couldn't leave without the dog, and for lunch it's hard because it's not every establishment that allows, and I sent several messages before asking about pet. They could have explained the rules, which I didn't take. They're not serious.

Já é a quarta vez que fico lá! A pousada é estrategicamente perto da praia e da Rua da Pituba. O pessoal sempre cordial, prestativos e amigáveis. O café da manhã é bom.(Pode melhorar um tiquim 😅). No mais tudo muito bom.

Café da manhã extremamente limitado, sem quase nada…
O quarto com cama horrível, lençóis manchados e a água do banheiro escura, suja, a cama rangeu a noite toda…
As janelas com cortinas caindo. Um espaço antigo e mal cuidado, precisando de uma revitalização.

Desde o primeiro contato achei péssimo, atendimento ruim, o quarto sujo,manutenção horrível, os fios para fora.
O condicionado barulhento, ficamos num quarto ao lado de uma escada de madeira que quando desciam fazia muito barulho.
Além disso o café da manhã horrível, tinha ovos(muito frio), pedi uma tapioca porque vim nas fotos que tinha. A moça disse que não podia porque tinha muitos hóspedes, pasmem, só tinha a gente comendo. Em toda a estadia só vi uma família. Atendentes fumam, bebem, estava claramente alterado. No segundo dia de café não tinha quase nada. Tinha pão, ovo, fruta pão e um bolo. Enfim, foi triste minha experiência.
