Excellent accommodation

King size bed, shower with strong shower, scented bedding and bathrobes and very good breakfast, not counting the location.
I requested advance check-in and I was taken care of, I only have compliments

Frustrating experience!

We had booked the Pousada da Encosta, months in advance, depending on the location, as we had an event that would take place nearby.
Unfortunately, a day before check-in, we were informed that the venue was under hydraulic maintenance.
I understand that unforeseen things happen, but I wish I had been informed in advance so I could reorganize myself.
We were relocated in a group hostel that was on the other side of town.
Unfortunately, for us it was a frustrating experience.

Lack of attention and care.

We had a few days in January at this Pousada and we didn't like it.
The distance from the hotel to the beach is much greater than what is described by the hotel itself, the room and bathroom are tiny, we found the hotel's living area very dirty, including the swimming pool and the breakfast was simple and without variety.

Atendimento nota 10. Todos muito atenciosos: o dono, recepcionista, a Márcia...
Tudo muito caprichado, limpo, ótimo café da manhã, quartos confortáveis. Fica a 4 minutos de carro da praia de Garopabinha.

ATENDIMENTO FANTASTICO

Atendimento dos proprietários Antonio Carlos (Toninho) e Maria Helena fantástico. Piscina sempre limpa, quarto bem arrumados e um café da manhã delicioso. Estacionamento no local. Perto da praia e do centro. Excelente custo benefício.
