O apartamento é muito limpo e espaçoso, próximo a supermercado e restaurantes.

Excelente localização, interior do quarto muito bonito e muito novo, todo o mobiliário em excelentes condições. Cama muito confortável, Smart TV essencial e eficiente aparelho de ar-condicionado que ajudou muito a aguentar o frio de Floripa. Só uma toalha e um lençol que notei uma mancha de sangue mal-lavada em cada, mas que não estragou em nada a excelente hospedagem que tive.

A hospedagem no Xtay é maravilhosa, nos realmente nos sentimos em casa! Perfeito, suuuuper recomendo!
