Precarious rooms, abusive price. Good location, beautiful common area, but nothing worth it.
The owner doesn't know the difference between bad service and simple service. If it were cheaper and more honest, it would be worth it, but for what is charged, there are certainly better options.
The place itself is a house where rooms are rented. The house is nice, with a good green area around it. The problem is the rooms and what is offered for the amount charged.
First of all: it's a lie that there is a coffee shop. There is a refrigerator with water, Coca Cola, beer and eggs (?) for sale that can be prepared in the communal kitchen. There is a single socket next to the bed and it needs to be used for the lamp. On the other side of the bed and next to the single bed it doesn't even exist. The Wi-Fi has no signal. The painting is in poor condition. Ceiling lights hang by their wires in a rudimentary arrangement. The bathroom sink has mold stains around the edges. Both pillows were so full of sweat that I used the towels as pillows. One of the sockets has a loose box. Good luck coming in very hot or cold times, as thermal comfort depends on a ceiling fan that works well, but puts the lamp and wires in a situation where they are precariously hanging and can break with movement. of the blades because they start to shake hard. There is a breakfast description, but the price is abusive for what is offered (44 reais for bread and fruit and at seven in the morning there wasn't even black coffee, contrary to what one would expect from a place that describes itself as accommodation and not breakfast. -host) and it is not included (it appeared as in the description to me, the owner swears that was never the case, it could have been an error with the app, perhaps).

Local de paz e tranquilidade
Adorei minha estadia na toca da Capuava! A casa possue 3 suítes, uma ampla área de convivência e piscina. A arquitetura é belíssima com seus tijolos aparentes, esquadrias de madeira, móveis rústicos e natureza. Me hospedei na suíte Leoa e fiquei muito satisfeita com o quarto amplo e arejado, cama e banheiro com hidro. O quarto não possui tv e tem alguns pontos que necessitam de manutenção rotineira. O que para mim não foi um problema.
O café da manhã fornecido pela anfitriã é muito gostoso com tapioca, ovos, pães e frutas. Também é possível fazer refeições no local caso você peça Ifood ou leve algo por sua conta. A anfitriã Roberta também prepara refeições por fora do pacote, mas é necessário combinar com antecedência. A cozinha é equipada com fogão, geladeira, panelas, louças e talheres. Caso levem comida por conta própria é importante saber que não tem microondas nem forno.
Ficamos bem a vontade na casa e tivemos um final de semana muito agradável de descanso e contemplação
