Hotel Acolhedor

The hotel surprises. In the simplicity of the photos of the site, one gets a very charming place. Gentle and attentive collaborators, facilities (room, bathroom, hall,...)comfortable, clean, which I highlight the suite with view to the facade. Wonderful breakfast. It's close to the points we intended to visit. I emphasize that the collaborator guided about locations in the city when questioned, something that passed security, increasing the perception for details in our passage. It's worth it.

Very good

We stayed for a day to quickly get to know the city and choose this hotel by previous ratings.
Arriving at the hotel we saw that they have private parking covered part and another discovery.
We were allocated in a room on the 3rd floor which was quite spacious and clean.
They have a restaurant inside the hotel that serves meals until 22:00.
The breakfast is well served with various types of cakes.

Discharge

I had a bad experience with this hotel....I made an advance in the season via deposit, scheduling a Reservation and leaving the date open.
I contacted the hotel to schedule a September Reservation, showing the deposit made on the account.
The management said I needed the Reservation... since at the time I left it open because I didn't know the exact date.
In short....I got without the money and they don't want to discount the amount on the accommodation.

Avaliamos seu comentário e gostaríamos de dar um retorno por aqui assim como foi feito imediatamente após o senhor ter entrado em contato via whatsapp.
Nós, assim como a maioria da rede hoteleira, trabalhamos com a garantia da reserva via adiantamento de 50% do valor da reserva. Porém sempre estivemos prontos a fazer a devolução do dinheiro em caso de imprevistos, ou deixarmos de crédito para uma próxima hospedagem assim como fazemos com todos nossos clientes. Existe sempre uma data limite para essa hospedagem, na maioria das vezes até 3 meses, mas como prezamos por nossos clientes, sempre estamos abertos a acordo. Conforme consta em nossos registros o seu pagamento de 50% foi feito na data de 15/06/2023 e o senhor entrou em contato conosco na data de 15/08/2024, 1 ano e 2 meses após o adiantamento de sua reserva. Mesmo assim ainda nos propusemos a fazer devolução do valor adiantado, porém o senhor recusou e disse que o assunto estaria encerrado.
Sentimos por não termos atingido suas expectativas, mas reforço que estamos abertos a diálogo e caso o senhor tenha mudado de idéia e decida pela devolução do dinheiro, ficamos a disposição. Obrigado!

Great stay

It's the second time we stayed at this hotel. It had everything we needed: spacious apartment to the current standards of hotel room and bathroom with hot shower. All flawless. Room with good thermal insulation: it was zero degrees on the night we stayed and we didn't need to turn on the air conditioning! We will definitely return on a next trip.
