Fabulous stay in Bermuda at Cavendish Heights Suites!
We stayed for three nights, and can highly recommend this place. In addition to the unbeatable price/quality equation, the location is just perfect, right in the middle of the island(s) and with easy access to anywhere really, including the capital Hamilton and which is within walking distance, only some 10-15 minutes away on foot.
The suites are fully equipped with everything you need to feel this as a “home away from home”, including a full kitchen if you fancy home cooking as opposed to (often expensive) restaurants.
And last but definitely not least, the attention and care of Owen, the owner, was superb and second to none. No ask or request was at any time too much, and always with a great attitude and big smile on his face. He really epitomises what great customer service is all about!
The suites are fully equipped with everything you need to feel this as a “home away from home”, including a full kitchen if you fancy home cooking as opposed to (often expensive) restaurants.

A perfect stay
Our stay at Cavendish Heights Suites wonderfully enhanced our Bermuda experience. What a great place to come back to after a day out on the island, and to wake up in. CHS has everything that you need, and the attention to details in the suite enhances the guest experience.
First, when we arrived Owen and Charlene were there to greet us, show us around the suite, and give us an orientation of the area, transportation, nearby grocery marts, etc. Such a nice, friendly couple, who made themselves available anytime, and checked in on us. They even arranged a taxi for us to the airport (which should be done at least two days before departure).
The suite was roomy, modern, and had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning keeps the entire suite very cool.
I won't repeat all of the amenities that are already published, but will highlight a few noteworthy things. There is a TV in the living room and in the bedroom, and you can connect to many streaming services and other stations. There's wifi throughout the suite. And – very important – there are many electric outlets throughout the apartment, so you don't have to go looking for strange places to charge a device.
There are ample closets with more than enough hangers. A beach bag and beach towels are provided, as well as umbrellas. Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are in the bathroom. Paper towels and dish soap are in the kitchen, as well as reusable grocery bags. The kitchen has everything that you need, including a toaster, coffee pot, electric kettle, and even coffee filters.
Windows have intruder alarms, and the front door a peephole, although the residential neighborhood is very nice and we always felt safe, even walking back at night.
It's a short walk to town and bus stops. There's a central bus station about 15 minutes away, and the ferry is just blocks from it.
I highly recommend Cavendish Heights Suites as a great value.

This place was great
We had a wonderful experience at the Cavendish Heights suites from the moment we arrived. We were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained the suites was, and its convenient location, just a short walk to downtown. The check-in process was seamless, and the owners were incredibly attentive and responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus, providing all the essentials we needed. The neighborhood was peaceful and super quiet. We look forward to staying there again!

A wonderful experience
My husband was there on business (for about two weeks) and I came along for leisure. We were met upon arrival by Owen who took very good care of us.
The unit was clean and lovely with enough kitchen equipment to be able to cook just like at home.
This home is a quick walk into town (downhill). I usually returned home by cab...with groceries. A bus stop is also nearby.
I would highly recommend Cavendish Heights Suites.

Home away from home
First time staying at Cavendish Heights in Bermuda, the owners were so nice, suite was just like home, anything we needed they were there to help us. Right on bus route into Hamilton. Close to shops and ect. We will be staying there again also, we have adopted a new mom and dad ,as well as bonded a new friendship with the owners.
