poor service during the stay

During my stay, there was no hot water, and despite reporting the problem and requesting assistance from the property, I left the apartment without the issue being resolved. This significantly compromised the quality of the accommodation.
I have video evidence demonstrating that the hot water problem in the apartment I occupied was not resolved, contrary to what they claimed.
This caused me significant inconvenience, and I have requested a refund from the property.
It is unacceptable to stay in an apartment without hot water.
