Don't go there!!!

What a horror!! We came with a vivabox, arrived at the reception person and a pile of boxes on the counter, after several bells in the noise of elevator work and rubble , a lady gave us the room . On the 3rd floor without elevator since it is under construction!!! The walls suggest the slightest coughing of neighbors!! The walls of our room are dirty and damaged , we can write his name on the furniture so there is dust!! The headboard was never cleaned and the pillowcases are holed .. even the toothed glass was disgusting .. the view on courtyard I put you the picture!!! the only positive c is the location and the breakfast is okay .. if not to flee .. we had a dream box weekend and it was rather a nightmare

Very bad, unacceptable!

We have booked 3 days, 2 nights.
We arrive here and are told that the elevator is broken. No advance notice. My mother has difficulty walking and can hardly make stairs. We get a room on the 3rd floor. No help with the suitcases. And no compensation for the costs. We don't get to speak to a manager or a person in charge. We get 2 receipts for a cheese croquette to eat ́ and then also on the day we leave back home. When we call the number we are told all the time that it is busy and that they call back. There is no one to be seen here in case of emergency..
With the works, the hotel is a construction site. Dust everywhere, sawdust. And work equipment at the counter, on the stairs. The room hasn't been cleaned. A lot of dust from the works. Because my room is right next to the elevator they're replacing. We are allergic to the dust and sawdust. In the room, the TV doesn't work. Locked down. The lady behind the counter is very unfriendly! I kindly asked her if she could come and look at the room. She says that room is cleaned... a little later she comes up with a duster and wipes the table once. So it's polished. That's all I can do for you. Is that service? Draws on nothing! Disgraceful! We will not stop there. Never come back here!

Hotel room ambassador

Room did not meet the satisfaction , was not clean, and shower tray was broken, to have hot water had to wait long + water damage behind the corner with chair put in front of it , breakfast was minimal

We are not coming back

1 of the worst hotels ever!
I have absolutely no problem doing stairs when the elevator is in the making. But why is it not communicated about?
Totally unhygienic when the “clean” towels are stacked in the corridor along the elevator in making.
In the room the windows were very dirty!

Miserable

Miserable!
Lift goes tilt, no hot water, no heating.
Frames decoration are broken, everywhere adhesive tape instead of fixing. Breakfast very poor.
Too bad!!
