Horrible experience

Horrible experience! These people are scammers. Cancelled our stay well within the terms of cancellation but never received any money back and have been completely ignored for months. Phones are not picked up, emails are not replied to.

Unacceptable

We stayed at this hotel in July for business. To date, I have been trying to receive an invoice. I have sent emails, made phone calls, sent messages via Messenger, and posted on Facebook. My messages/review were read and even deleted on Facebook. We even contacted booking.com twice to get in touch with the hotel. As of today, November 13, we still haven't received anything. I definitely do NOT recommend this hotel.

Unimaginable!

This review is exclusively about the restaurant of this property, as we did not stay at the hotel.
I gave my parents a gift voucher for their wedding anniversary so they could have lunch. Two last-minute cancellations! It's a complete lack of professionalism! If I hadn't called to confirm the arrival, they wouldn't have told us they were closed. The voucher expires in a month and considering the long journey my parents have to make to get there, they won't be able to go. The restaurant won't refund me. A pitiful Service. No communication. They don’t even bother answering phones, emails or Facebook.

Not great.

In dinner as a couple was the cold shower.
Having come qqll times before I thought I would find the fine and delicious cuisine.
Since the establishment to a new chef this delicious cuisine has gone with its chef and owner. The quality of the food will have to be improved to the level of the former chef.

Nice room but noisy

Room renovated, not large but well done. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff is helpful. What bothered me the most was the noise from the floor above (heels on parquet and as if moving furniture) and the bar downstairs (music).
