City centre/Lakeside

Our initial room was stunning with a beautiful view but due to the extreme heat we would gladly trade down for some cool air. We could smoothly transfer to a room with AC, staff was helpful and friendly but the location is the main bonus.

Stay at M Hotel

The rooms are run-down and in very poor condition. Wallpaper is missing, and the baseboards are completely damaged. The elevators (two of them) are broken and do not inspire confidence.
Orders placed at the bar are handled very poorly.
Complaints are not addressed at all. Parking is also very expensive.

The M Hotel is basically fine. The room is nicely designed, although it is a bit worn down. The location is good, with easy access to many places.
However, there is one issue I cannot ignore. The reception charged an extra €16 for having separate beds, even though the booking confirmation clearly stated two separate beds. This was not indicated at the time of booking or in advance.
I hope the hotel will look into this case, as this is not a fair practice, and I would not like other guests to experience the same. It is worth checking the bill and booking details upon arrival.

Weekend Genk for a party...one of the family 70 years...

After years of staying with you we have to come to the conclusion that the room was not okay after all eg the toothpaste was dried in the glasses of the bathroom..
At breakfast this morning, the glasses were streaky and not washed properly...

Friendly and warm welcome

Very good location, easily accessible, parking in front of the door, very friendly staff, you get a glass of the house on arrival. The interior of the rooms is in need of renewal.
