Beautiful view

A nice budget hotel with reasonable rooms, but with fan and coffee and tea facilities, also a balcony which overlooked the activity of the grounds in front of the hotel, from here the canoeists left on the Lesse, the rooms were clean no vermin as described in one of the reviews, there was a lady around all day who helped you with everything on request, the toilet was a bit on the tight side, but you are not sitting long , friendly receptionist who helped us great and who took the time for us, from here it is.With the bike 15 minutes to Dinant, definitely worth it. All in all a good hotel forn2 nights and equally catered breakfast in the restaurant next to the hotel, again with friendly staff,

Value for money.

The Aquatel is located about 3 km from Dinant. On the ground floor, there is a large kayak rental, but more activities are offered there, such as climbing and zip-lining.
My room was tidy and clean, also large enough. With the - for Belgium - affordable price, I was satisfied with my accommodation.

Hotel is in the middle of a huge parkinglot and far away from town. The staff was slow and the rooms are located in a dark unfriendly hallway.
Rooms are extremely old and there was a smell in the room, toilet and bathroom.
Checking the beds learned us that they seemed to be uncomfortable.
We decided to leave this very unpretty location and spend the might somewhere else.
A waste of money !

Clean and simple, well-maintained hotel
We stayed there for only one night with my children. We did not try the breakfast. Bedding was okay, nothing more. Rooms in the attic are relatively hot

This was a last minute booking due to an imminent need to return to UK ( motorcycle trip ) and having done 400km with another 300 to do.
Staff v friendly, this is a hotel which supports water sports groups ( mostly young kayakers ), but Dinant is a lovely location. The bar restaurant is another building the other side of the car park, which was open for drinks but kitchen was closed. However around the corner on the waterfront was a fabulous bar/ restaurant with loads of character.
The hotel overall was what we wanted, a bed for the night.
I was not put off by young people enjoying the water, it was nice to see.
