very nice and clean but noice arround

The apartment itself was very nice, clean, and well furnished. Everything inside met our expectations and was well maintained.
Unfortunately, the major problem—and a very serious one—was the location. The apartment is on the first floor directly under the Gota bar, which functions like a nightclub. The noise at night was extremely loud and constant, making it impossible to sleep. There was absolutely no chance of getting proper rest.
Because of this, our stay was very uncomfortable despite the quality of the apartment itself. This issue should be clearly disclosed in advance, as it significantly affects the experience.
