Family Apartement

my boss booking for 6 people, 4 adult - 2 childetn. The room was perfect. Kitchen, refrigerator, free Wife. dining room. Near to Grand Place, just walking. and also of course, Manekin piece. Also near Hard Rock Cafe, Bar and Restaurant. Dont forget to tell what time you arrived.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment

We stopped in the 1 bed apartment on the second floor. It's location is excellent - just off Grand Centrale and right in the middle of the city. It's above a restaurant and across the road from some bars which, once the windows are shut, you can't hear even on a Friday and Saturday night. The apartment itself seems to be newly decorated (all IKEA decor) and done to a high standard. It was clean, spacious and well equipped including free WiFi, fridge, freezer, dinnerware, iron and board, shampoo (no shower gel), TV, Nespresso coffee machine and pods and a comfy bed. To enter you have to navigate a narrow spiral staircase but wasn't an issue for us even with hand luggage. Due to a delayed flight we didn't arrive until 23:20 but the restaurant beneath, where you collect your keys, was still open so don't worry too much about the 23:00 check in deadline. All in all, definitely recommend!!

Perfect location

We stayed in the apartment for three days, business reasons. Place is perfectly located just on the corner of Grand Place, in front of the Delirium Tremens Cafe. Although in heart of Brussels flat is perfectly “sound proof”, meaning you cannot hear any noise from outside. Perfectly clean, with washing machine and the dishwasher, big living room and one bedroom. Equipped with the iron kit, hair dryer etc.
Only thing that spoiled perfect experience was the communication with the owner. At first everything was perfect, but when we entered the flat we lost communication at all. We kindly asked to leave the baggage for couple of hours, never got the reply. Even worst was following. On request to get payment receipt we did not get any reply. I’ve sent couple of e-mails days after we left Brussels, but the guy did not react. Eventually, I contacted Booking and he sent me receipt almost instantly.

In the heart of the city

I stayed in the large apartment on 3rd floor which was over 3 levels. Apartment was 1 of 3 in heart of the city with many bars, restaurants and attractions on your door step. The apartment is accessed only by spiral staircase as well as internally so not for those with reduced mobility. Access on arrival is by code which I received 24 hours before check-in, this was great arriving later in the evening evening.
The apartment is spacious, clean and modern. It has all appliances except a toaster which I missed and it would benefit from revised information booklet, dish towel or dishwasher tablets and garbage disposal. Assistance is on doorstep restaurant with very friendly and helpful responses.

Location,Location

A very spacious apartment in the heart of Brussels.We stayed in the one bedroom apartment which was very comfortable, plenty of cupboard space,a sizeable ensuite with a very welcome washer and dryer.The kitchen dining are was large with great views over the bars and restaurants close by.Grand Place was one minute away and Central Station an easy 10 minute walk.A very pleasant stay.
