It was amazing when first time stepped in the room. Big living room , big bed room and big washroom, also a lovely kitchen. Nice and quiet location close to Grand Place and central bus station. Easy to get on public transit. The only thing is a little bit difficult if you don’t check in online first to get the password because there is no reception at all. Hopefully we will come back and live in the same room for our future trip.

Don’t ever go to this Apart hotel

I have been staying multiple times for business purposes in July and August and it was a terrible experience. The first annoyance is that the fire alarms are frequently going off as the alarms are
installed too close to the kitchen. As from that moment you can enjoy the terrible sound for 1/2 hour. As no staff is present in the evening/ night they have to call the technician and it takes him 1/2h to get on the spot. I stayed there 4 times and was confronted 3 times with the alarm going off around 22h - 23h. The rooms are used and plenty of things are not maintained (well)
I have the impression that the management just wants to use the place until it will be classified as unliveable. I escalated the issues (alarms, used rooms, pie in the entrance) several times and got in contact with the reservation manager.
She finally concluded that we don’t have the same understanding of hospitality (I absolutely agree working in customer care myself) and proposed to cancel all my upcoming reservations and reimburse the amounts already paid upfront which was the best way forward. I let you enjoy the photos taking in the different I have stayed

It was ok. A little loud in the evening and overnight. No staff at the hotel so hard to get assistance if required. The elevator didn’t work consistently and the door to parking was locked and didn’t open with the room key.

BED BUGS!!

Appalling place, be careful and check the beds well, there are bed bugs in the sheets, we have returned to Spain with infection, horrible experience.

⚠️ DANGEROUS BEDBUG INFESTATION & PHYSICAL INJURIES – Room 24

STAY AWAY! This was a nightmare. Our stay was cut short on Feb 27th due to a severe bedbug infestation in Room 24. My mother suffered extensive bites and physical injuries all over her body, confirmed by official medical reports. We have video evidence of the insects. The room was unsanitary and unfit for human habitation. Management has been notified of this major health and safety breach. Total health hazard.
