5+ Stars - cannot recommend this hotel enough!
We would give this place more than 5 stars if possible, it was absolutely amazing!
Veerle was the most fantastic host, so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed here during the F1 Spa weekend and Veerle packed us the most amazing takeaway breakfasts on the days we were up early.
The room itself was so beautiful, very quiet and had some incredible old features and charm to it.
The gardens and pool outside were so picturesque and a wonderful place to relax.
The breakfast options were so varied - pastries, breads, salamis, granola, fruit and eggs. Leaving you full and ready for the day.
This is such a gem of a hotel and we would love to come back someday!

Villa Copis, a dream stay in beautiful Borgloon.
We super enjoyed our stay at villa Copis. Our room and bathroom - with large bath for two - was nothing short of blissful. Everything was perfect, from the luxury products, the comfi bed with soft pillows, the coffee and tea facilities .. The whole villa and garden is very nicely decorated, everything just fits. And then the cozy breakfast room and the warm hostess who spoils you .. We also very much enjoyed the beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity. We'd love to come back!

Nice accommodation with some nasty aftertaste
On arrival we were warmly received and the room was luxurious and clean. The whole house looked well cared for. Unfortunately, the plastic mattress protector and polyester duvet made for warm, sweaty nights. This is not part of such a luxurious accommodation.
On departure there were unexpected costs for the minibar, where we had put some of our own stuff, and the use of the glasses that were in the room, about which nothing had been said beforehand. The house is beautiful and welcoming, but pay close attention to the house rules and extra costs.

Dag Marjon en André, Hartelijk dank voor jullie verblijf én voor het delen van deze uitgebreide feedback. Fijn om te horen dat jullie zo hartelijk ontvangen zijn en de kamer als luxe en verzorgd hebben ervaren – dat is waar we naar streven in ons kleinschalige logies.
We vinden het jammer om te horen dat het slaapcomfort niet helemaal naar wens was. We willen hierbij wel graag toelichten dat we géén plastic matrasbeschermers gebruiken. Ons volledige bedlinnen – inclusief matrasbeschermers en donsdekens – is afkomstig van het Belgische kwaliteitsmerk De Witte Lietaer, speciaal ontworpen voor hotels. Deze materialen zijn ademend en van hoge kwaliteit en bovendien onderhoudsvriendelijk en anti-allergisch, We kiezen bewust voor deze hoogwaardige materialen om zowel comfort als hygiëne te kunnen garanderen.
Aangaande de minibar begrijpen we dat er verwarring is over het gebruik ervan, we zullen beijken hoe we de communicatie hieromtrent kunnen verbeteren. We vragen vriendelijk aan onze gasten om deze niet volledig leeg te maken en te gebruiken als privé-koelkast voor eigen etenswaren. Dit kan namelijk leiden tot onaangename geurtjes, kwaliteitsverlies voor onze eigen producten of verwarring bij controle van de voorraad als er nog producten van de gast achterblijven. Daarnaast is het voor ons belangrijk om een correcte service aan de volgende gasten te kunnen bieden.
Nogmaals bedankt voor jullie feedback. Het helpt ons om te blijven verbeteren, en we hopen dat we jullie in de toekomst opnieuw mogen verwelkomen – met een nóg aangenamere ervaring.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful house
What a wonderful stay we had at Villa Copis. A beautiful villa, nicely decorated with spacious rooms equipped with every comfort (delicious coffee, tea, minibar and a nice scented attention ). In the beautiful garden you can enjoy a large and fine swimming pool. The breakfast is rich and tasty. But above all, the heartwarming reception by Veerle was the icing on the cake. A very attentive and smiling hostess who pampers her guests. Nearby you can make beautiful walks. The orange walking route is highly recommended!

Super experience.
SUPER experience. Lovely b&b. Very friendly staff, clean and particularly good breakfast. Recommended for stays or weekend cycling.
