Good but avoid summer months until aircon is installed.

Good hotel in Bastogne, within 5 minutes walk to the super impressive 101st Airborne Museum. The hotel reception and restaurant are nice and modern, the room decor is a bit dated but clean. However, as other reviewers have stated, there is no air conditioning, which may well be ok most of the year, but not during the time of our visit in July.
The hotel staff are friendly and the restaurant has an interesting menu but the food was excellent, resulting in us eating there both nights of our stay.
Would have given a five star rating but a prerequisite for a hotel is the ability to provide a good night’s sleep, which unfortunately was not the case.

Good stay in Bastogne

Good hotel in Bastogne, comfortable rooms with the only flaw of not being equipped with air conditioning. The room window overlooked the street above the bar and it was a bit noisy, as long as there were people. For the rest a good stay, friendly staff and a good breakfast, with excellent croissants. Cute, with good value for money.

Lovely hotel in a good location in Bastogne. Friendly welcome, in fact all the staff were very friendly and hard working.
Very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and chilled water provided.
The restaurant was very surprising. The food was freshly prepared and very tasty, and the staff perfectly attentive.
Breakfast the next morning was excellent and included in the price.
Parking was free and there are two charging points.
Much nicer stay than the last hotel we used in Bastogne.
Unfortunately during the current heatwave it was lacking air conditioned rooms. I understand this is planned to be retrofitted.

Good place to stay for the price unless there is a heatwave.

We stayed in a family room on the top floor that could accommodate 6 in two connected rooms. There is no air conditioning but the second room has a sliding door (no balcony) and 4 sky light windows that open quite a bit, but this is only helpful once the sun is down, otherwise we had all the blinds and curtains pulled to keep the June sun from baking the room. There are two portable air coolers but they worked only minimally so we unplugged them and relied on the fan. The rooms need more light and a second fan but the 4 twin beds are comfortable and the shower is unique but functional. There is a couch (can be a pullout bed but we didn’t try it) and table with ample chairs that we found comfortable. It’s very quiet day and night. We did not enjoy the hotel restaurant but breakfast was very good. Parking is free in a lot behind the hotel and the staff is very helpful. I’d say this is a good place to stay for the price with or without kids unless there is a heatwave.
