No consideration for the guests!!!
When we arrived on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, the owner, who was very unpleasant, refused us and asked us to leave because she had not been working with Vivabox since January 2026.
The owner, having taken my reservation in 2025, should have informed me that she was no longer working with Vivabox. This would have spared me travel expenses and a return to my home due to not finding accommodation on the same day.
Her lack of professionalism and courtesy will ensure that I will never set foot there again.
I strongly advise against it!!!

To forget!
1. We're being asked to park outside.
2. The room is not soundproofed, you can hear everything that goes on (toilet, owner who passes in the dining room common to the other rooms,...), very weak wifi or non-existent.
3. Rooms: bed: 2 mattresses in a double bed, uncomfortable and leaning; fridge used by the owner, makes room for us on request but must cross our accommodation to access his food...
4. Despite talking to the owner 30 minutes before, she waits for us to be settled in the room to knock on the door to know our last name??!
5. Although breakfast was included in our vivabox , the owner offers us a "more hearty" breakfast for the sum of 15€, to see the breakfast we received (pre-baked industrial bread, industrial apple juice, ...), we wonder what would have been the breakfast included from the vivabox!...
6. Is the tourist tax of €5 per person claimed legal?
7. Ceiling not finished, insulation visible everywhere.

Paying big extra for breakfast with half coffee cakes..!
Never experienced it before but in the morning my husband and I had to share one chocolate bun, one croissant, and one brown bun, yes, share!! We got -hurray- each a piece of baguette the size of a sandwich. The brie for 2 people was the size of a triangle of cheese spread. Furthermore, each half a slice of salami, half a slice of raw ham, a fourth slice of hole cheese, and everything sliced very thinly so that it barely gave off any flavor. No milk, no yogurt, no fruit, no cereal, no egg... Then I wonder what you get if you don't pay 10 euros per person and have to make do with a basic breakfast... Coffee was Senseo with only 1 cup of Lungo and 4 cups of espresso for 4 guests. (The table was set for 4.) The owner was absent so did not have the opportunity to comment. There was also 5 euros per person tourist tax charged while the municipality charges 1.80 euros... Together so 150 euros (!) paid for 1 night stay with a very poor breakfast. Unbelievable that as a B&B you ask extra money for a breakfast not worthy of the name! It's a shame you have to share sandwiches!
Additional question: if you book for 1 person, are there half sandwiches in the basket?...

Substandard
On arrival the room was not ready madam had clearly forgotten us... even claimed we had not booked... fortunately I could prove everything via mail traffic... eventually we were allowed to stay... she was anything but friendly.
She did claim that our breakfast was not in the price of the box... now no problem we paid neatly 15 euros per person, which afterwards turned out to be very expensive for the very poor breakfast we got... towels were also not there because according to the lady this was also not in the price...
The sheets did not smell fresh and it was dirty.. also the terrace and garden were feral and very dirty ...
