Comfort luxury and cosiness
Pleasant stay with excellent hospitality. Friendly polite people. It is a boutique.hostel with a designed interior. The facilities are ample from restaurant to health area with well-functioning equipment to a roof terrace with spacious lounge possibility. It is a quiet area with good accessibility to the center part. An excellent location for peace, comfort and conviviality. The kitchen and restaurant are exclusive and well cared for.

Awful stay
Awful experience booked a single room , when arrived offered a mixed dorm. Eventually got given bed in female dorm. The booking definitely said Standard room. Cost £240 for five nights.
Room flooded due to inadequate drainage from shower. At 12 midnight cleaned up myself as unlikely to be a cleaner available, assured the next day would be sorted. It wasn’t and I removed hair from shower to alleviate issue( told cleaner can’t understand English, no excuse ! I have mobility issues awaiting left knee replacement next year, no thought given to me whatsoever.
Don’t trust this hotel to supply a single room as they do not honour the booking.

Insufficient communication about pricing and customer service experience at Yust
Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with Yust customer service. During our visit we were misinformed about the prices by an intern. This mistake was also admitted by herself afterwards.
The problem is that the total price was nowhere clearly stated on the map. We have relied entirely on the information given to us by the hotel and assumed that it was correct.
However, at the time of payment, the bill appeared to have risen to 80 euros for a brunch for two people. For students this is a considerable amount and not really affordable, especially considering the information we had received in advance.
Although the staff eventually acknowledged that a communication error had occurred, Yust refused to provide a refund or compensation. In addition, the responsibility was placed on us and the facts were partially denied, which we found to be very unfortunate and unprofessional.
This experience has reduced my confidence in Yust customer service. Clear and correct communication on prices is, in my view, essential to avoid such situations in the future.

A weekend away with friends in a beautiful and unique (and not expensive) location in the heart of Antwerp.
What a great location and atmosphere. Have come with 7 girlfriends to stay here and had the common room with bunk beds, clean, thick towels and very good beds. Very unique too.
Welcome very friendly and helpful and the breakfast I also liked top, such a tasty pistolets and healthy products.
At the reception also available coffee and tea free of charge and a large table (with a beautiful artificial flower bouquet) where we could borrow board games and do our apero.
Also a good fitness and if you want you can use the communal kitchen.
Overall a Top address, I felt a bit in the NY vibe

I loved the aesthetic and comforting atmosphere of this hotel. Best Hostel I’ve ever stayed at, with fast working internet, and cleanliness that raises the bar. Loved it, staff could be nicer tho
