Funky hôtel in a quiet area
I stayed 4 nights in the Moxy Antwerp which is further away from Downtown.
It is easy to access through Tramway number 1 direct from train main central station (15 mins).
It seems easy to access with a car too.
Tramway 4 is convenient to reach old town.
It is rather far to walk the full distance unless you would like to visit the area.
You will also find plenty of bars and restaurants less than 10 minutes walk reaching the museum.
You may eat at the hôtel but the menu is limited.
Both check in and check ou process were super fast. My room was facing the inner backyard and was really quiet.
My room was big enough.
Both room, bathroom were really cleaned.
The TV is nice too with Chromecast capability and plenty of channels nationales and French/US/UK/.
The lobby was really cosy and trendy although a bit cold during the rainy week I was in june.
Breakfist was good with a nice sélection of fresh fruits. The number of cereals choices was just amazing.
The team was super reactive too.
Maybe the hot part was slightly dissapponting. The omelets had an industrial look.
They provide bicycle rentals which I did not try.
One boring detail. What is the reason for providing one single hook in the bathroom to hang your towels?
Two would be more appropriate.

Stayed in an unclean room
I feel bad leaving this because all of the people were very nice and sympathetic. I arrived late in the evening and my room appeared partially cleaned. The bed was made but there was trash in the room, the bathroom was dirty, and there were used towels left behind. I asked the front desk if there was another room and they said they were completely full. The receptionist told me housekeeping was gone for the night, called the manager, and then ultimately went to quickly wipe down the bathroom themselves with a rag and swap the towels.
I ultimately stayed in the room, but in the morning it was clear it was still pretty dirty. They did comp breakfast and I am not sure what else could have been done. It did seem like kind of a fluke situation. Maybe they could have offered a transfer to a different hotel or something though.

Awesome stay and experience!
An outstanding hotel with an electric, high-energy vibe fueled by a chic, sophisticated ambiance. The rooms are cozy, minimalist and spotless (I loved the sleek elegant touches in the bathroom). The breakfast was incredible, offering the best selection of fresh and tasty options I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful with local tips. It is located in a quiet and safe area right by the Scheldt River promenade with a tram station out front making it easy to reach the city center. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to have the best Antwerp experience and will definitely stay here again.

Good basic hotel
Hotel very neat, basic but this is not a problem, everything you need you can eat and drink there on site, very friendly staff, small minus no coffee in room nor bottle of water but I brought it from downstairs and was not a problem.

The hotel is located conveniently, but I was dissatisfied with customer care.
1. The hotel still has a reservation fee locked on my credit card. I paid for my stay upon arrival, which is about 1.5 week ago, and checked out about a week ago. Why has the reservation fee not been lifted? And why does Moxy not communicate anything to their guests?
2. I paid for breakfast buffet while at the hotel to find that several breakfast items were no longer available due to the time of day. They did not wanna restock these items even though I had already paid.
3. I had left my earplugs on the bedside table. When cleaning, my guess is the housekeeper accidentally knocked the table, and vacuumed my earplugs. They were gone from my room upon my return. I made the front desk aware, who promised to look into the matter. They never followed up with me.
4. Finally. I had placed our towels on the floor for housekeeping to provide new ones. Upon my arrival back at the hotel, there were no new towels. Called front desk to request new towels, which would be sent up. Great. An hour later, still no towels. I call again. Front desk promises to send towels. Ask how many we are. I say two ppl, and state that we just need big towels for showering. Few mins later a staffer arrives with three hand towels. We make due.
Not the level of service I expect tbh. Had to buy new earplugs - these were not just reg earplugs but custom made for my ears which are smaller than others.
