Everything about this hotel was perfect. The rooms are a typical European size, that is not overly expansive, but more than adequate. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming in every aspect. And let’s not forget the wonderful breakfast.

Property is well maintained, beautifully designed and well located. The staff is courteous and very helpful (thanks to Jesus at the front desk for all his help as well as the late night staff!), Beautifully appointed bar. While the rooms are a little small, the bedding, coffee and bathroom provisions are all top-tier. Exceptional value for money if visiting Vienna.

Awesome location, walking distance to many historical places and very easy access to public transport. The room we stayed in was an upgrade from the basic and it was very comfortable.
Breakfast was really good, options were enough and the staff was very very kind and helpful. Hotel's restaurant serves only for breakfast and as a bar, no lunch or dinner, but the hotel is quite central, so easy access to food.
I have to mention that even though it is such a central hotel, it is on a very quite street, didn't have a single complaint about any kind of noise.
All in all it has been a great experience and did not get disappointed in any way.

Hotel was excellent however no restaurant on an evening. Bar closed early too.

Luxury, Comfort and a Perfect Vienna Location
We absolutely loved our stay at Palais Rudolf. I was traveling with my two boys, and our suite was perfect for the three of us—spacious, beautifully appointed, and extremely comfortable. The beds were fantastic, the towels were wonderfully plush, and everything in the room felt high-end and thoughtfully chosen.
The experience started off on exactly the right note. We were offered a welcome drink and able to relax while the staff handled the check-in process. Waiting for us in the room was a handwritten welcome note and some biscotti, which was a really nice touch.

The location was another huge plus. We walked nearly everywhere we wanted to go in central Vienna, yet the hotel itself felt comfortable and relaxing when we returned.
Most importantly, the entire staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Palais Rudolf combines the quality and amenities of a luxury hotel with a warm, personal feel. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to Vienna.
