Vienna in the heart
We were guests at this property in August. Hotel located right in the center, clean, welcoming, and qualified staff. In particular, Ms. Sabina and Mr. Pippo are kind, professional, and competent people. We will definitely return for the Christmas season.

Fabulous Hotel and I'd Stay Again
This hotel was fabulous and very central to all you need if staying in Vienna. The facilities were wonderful, especially the Firenze restaurant downstairs. This is where you have breakfast, but in the afternoon and night it is a busy restaurant and the food is incredible. I also dined at Settimo Cielo rooftop and it was excellent. The staff are amazing the room is incredible and very spacious. There is a lift but the stairs were easily done. I loved the walk in robe. I'd stay again and again. The bed was a little uncomfortable as the mattress protector made me sweat.

First class experience
We had a fantastic time at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We arrived about 1pm and were given our room immediately. A/C perfect (there was a heat wave). Location couldn’t be better for sights, shopping and public transport. Beds super comfortable, complimentary products in bathroom high quality.
Breakfast was in the Settimo Cielo restaurant on the top floor and had amazing views over the rooftops as well as an excellent selection of breakfast items.
We will definitely be back. Thanks for a perfect stay!

Very elegant and stylish hotel.
I booked a package trip for myself. I had a very elegantly beautiful room. The food, or rather the breakfast buffet, was excellent. I enjoyed 2 à la carte meals. The beautiful hotel is located right next to St. Stephen's Cathedral. The hotel is highly recommended.
