Beautiful is different

This hotel cannot be recommended. It starts with the fact that there is no parking space available and you only find out about it 3 hours beforehand.
Then there is the reception. 2 extremely unfriendly ladies make up the "reception team". Everything is explained to you in a stern tone and when you ask, you are told: "That's not what Booking says."
The access to the rooms is more like a slaughterhouse because of the many tiles. This also applies to the rooms. Feeling comfortable looks different. Then there are the super small plastic bathrooms in which a larger person cannot fit.
Technical defects such as a broken TV, water from the tap a trickle, toilet lid loose did not improve the quality of the stay. Despite informing the ladies at reception, nothing changed.
The noise must also be mentioned. The hotel is on a busy and therefore very noisy street. Sleeping was almost impossible.
The farewell on the last day was also fine. You came out of the room and one of the two ladies said: "Put the key in the slot." No goodbyes, hellos or anything like that. It fit the whole stay.
I can only advise everyone against staying at this hotel.

It will be on the top 5 of the worst hotels I've ever been

I had to book my trip to Vienna quite spontaneously and there was not much choice left (or very expensive). For less than 60€/night the only options were this hotel or a youth hostel but now I realise that I should have taken the youth hostel. I booked a single room and it was 50€ per night, so not that cheap either. In booking.com was rated with a 6.9 when I booked it, which I don't get at all!! in my opinion it deserves way less that 5!! Well... where to star? The room smelled quite bad. Everything was quite old and damaged. I know is in the description but I find quite gross that in the year 2022 a hotel has no Wi-Fi. Even the connection of the normal Internet was quite weak so forget to do any call with the internet connection. The curtain does not dark the room. It was very warm in Vienna when I stayed, and the hotel has no air conditioning. The weather is not the fault of the hotel, but the problem comes when the first night I left the window opened. The window had no moskito net and all types of insects could (and did) enter in the room. Then I slept with the window closed but the smell and the heat made really, really uncomfortable to sleep there. Moreover the room kept very warm all the days I stayed, and this was because the curtain let the sun enter (and the sun heat). The room did not cool down at all during all days (and nights) I stayed (so don't go to this hotel, but especially NOT in summer). My room had the toilet and the shower separated, and the toilet part had no ventilation. The door of the shower room did not seal the room, it was to short, so it let a 2-3cm gap at the bottom, where the water was coming out after shower, really how can it be accepted a door that is not sealing because is too short?!?!? Moreover the "floor" of the shower was all together with the rest of the bathroom and everything got floated with water afterwards (see pictures). The room had a safe that did not work. You could hear all the noise from the other guests of the hotel. The (very small) bed was cracking with any tiny movement. No side table for placing things next to the bed and therefore no reading light. The fridge makes noises that awoke me periodically during the night. The "reception" does not even have a place for sitting. All this mess for 50€ per person per night I find it quite abusive. This hotel will be in the top 5 of the worst hotels I've ever been, because I was very very uncomfortable there.
The positive aspects:
-fridge at the room
-location
-not too bad breakfast
The room had a fridge which was quite nice to have, I must say. I used it a lot. However and as already said, it was making noises that annoyed to sleep. The breakfast (always included in the price) was not bad, especially in comparison to how bad was the rest of the hotel. A toaster, yoghurt and some fruits and vegetables would have been nice, but at least they had an espresso machine, and not the typical filter coffee. The location is 20 min to the city center by public tram number 71, but afterwarda you always have to walk 10 minutes and switch to a different tram or metro if you want to go somewhere else.

Disapointed

Negative part :
Our room hasn't been cleaned & we nearly didn't get any apologize nor any commercial offer. The breakfast was definitely poor (not much choice...)
Doesn't worth it price.
Positive part : warm room and the hotel was quite well located

Small but OK

Small hotel, for short visit (night or two), small rooms and bathrooms, but clean. Continental breakfast, some parkings infront on the street (free during weekends, approx 4,50 EUR/day during workdays).
