A perfect location right on the water of a beautiful lake. You walk only a few steps from the hotel to the lake. Fantastic balcony facing the lake. Great breakfast. The hotel also has a good tasty restaurant. Friendly staff. Good vibes.

Very disappointing experience – not worth the price

I recently stayed at Hotel Anna am See and unfortunately my experience was very unsatisfied. We specifically booked and paid for a lake-view room, but upon arrival we were given a room above the restaurant with a view of the campsite and no lake view. When I raised the issue with the receptionist, the response was rude and dismissive. I was told that it was a beautiful room and that we had to accept it or leave without any compensation, even though we had specifically paid for a lake-view room. I found this attitude toward paying guest unacceptable. The room itself was quite small. The washbasin is located directly next to the bed, which is inconvenient and can easily make the sleeping area messy during normal use. There is also no separate bathroom. The shower and toilet share a single glass door, which provides very little privacy.
The room was also smoky and smelled strongly of food from the restaurant below. There was constant noise coming from the restaurant, and the outdoor dining area became particularly loud in the evening. This made it difficult to relax and sleep. Another major concern was cleanliness. We were provided with bathrobes that appeared to have been used by previous guests and not cleaned. We found skin residue and pieces of food on the robes, which was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable for a hotel.
The amenities were also very limited. There was only a hand-soap dispenser, with no shampoo or body lotion provided.
The beach area was another disappointment. There is no sand, only stones, and after rain the area became very muddy. The location is perfect for campers, but the hotel accommodation did not meet the standard we expected for the price.
The breakfast staff were friendly enough, but the breakfast selection was quite limited.
We ultimately decided to leave after two nights and move to another place because the overall experience was not what we expected. Also, please note that the Summer Card was not included.
Overall, considering the price, the lack of a lake view despite paying for one, cleanliness issues, noise, limited amenities, and the poor response from management, we found the experience very disappointing.
Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel.

Beautiful location, but several maintenance issues during our stay

We stayed here for one week and paid €2,800 for our accommodation. The location is beautiful and we had a very enjoyable holiday overall. The housekeeping and maintenance staff we met were also very friendly and helpful.
However, we were disappointed with the condition of the house upon arrival. Several issues were present, including a defective kettle that did not switch off automatically, two melted and unusable cutting boards, a leaking shower, defective lighting in the extractor hood and a non-functioning sauna light.
We reported the issues on Sunday and they were reviewed by housekeeping on Monday. The maintenance technician addressed several of the issues on Tuesday. The shower was repaired and the kettle and cutting boards were replaced. However, the sauna light and extractor hood light remained unresolved for the rest of our stay.
After returning home, we contacted the accommodation to share our concerns, particularly given the price of the stay. They apologized and offered us a 15% discount on a future stay. As we do not intend to return, we explained that this was unfortunately not a meaningful form of compensation for the issues experienced during this stay. They subsequently confirmed that they were not able to offer any financial compensation.
We appreciate that technical problems can occur and that some replacement parts may require ordering. We also want to stress that the staff we dealt with were friendly and professional. Nevertheless, for €2,800 per week, we expected the accommodation to be in better condition upon arrival and for the reported issues to be resolved more promptly.
We therefore recommend the property primarily for its location, but prospective guests should be aware that our experience with the maintenance and handling of defects did not match the standard we expected for this price.

Restaurant and pizzeria: Very good food!!! However, also much too expensive in price!!!
Too high prices for div. Items in store!!!!
ZB 2 Kornspitz EUR 4,20 !!!!!!! Incomprehensible!!!!!!

No Top Camping!!

Far too small pitches and lacks connections for the caravan on the pitch. Dirty plumbing. Staff not customer friendly. Total organization camping is disappointing.
Location camping is nice but that is all campsites here.
Definitely not a Top Camping!!
