The price-performance ratio is not right!
The house is partially decades behind expectations for a 4-star hotel.
The very small elevator is really old.
The rooms are completely worn out!
Furniture with numerous glass edges, worn-out carpeting, bathrooms with different, ancient fixtures, and patched tile surfaces. The television is very small, and the bench is covered with red, smooth artificial leather. Everything is at best 2-star category.
The price for the family room was therefore completely inflated!
The breakfast was fine, the Italian restaurant on the premises was good but very expensive.
The location by the lake is the best of all.
Unfortunately, we cannot make any recommendations.

Rather negative.
The view from our room was amazing. Really beautiful.
Breakfast was sufficient. Fly screen in the room. Bath bag is provided. Plenty of parking.
Cons:
Room extremely outdated with carpeting (disgusting to me). In the bathroom, the shower screen kept flying out. Bathroom mirror is so high that with my 163cm I didn't even see myself in the mirror - only my hairline I could see. Above the front door in the room, the wall bounces off. Rooms generally very small. The box in the room is difficult to open and squeaks extremely loud (sliding door).
Waiters are unfriendly and seem overwhelmed. You often sit on the terrace until 30 minutes and no one comes (3 tables were occupied). I have a feeling that "young guests" are generally disadvantaged. We waited 20 minutes at the bar in the evening - there were certainly 5 waiters/employees incl. boss passing by our house and we were not noticed or greeted. Then we left again.
The covers on the patio furniture are dirty (upholstery cover) - has not been washed for a long time. Very unappetizing.
It is advertised with an indoor pool in the hotel - in an unfriendly voice we learned "the indoor pool has not been around for 3 years". That was actually a criterion for us why we had booked this hotel (due to the unstable weather in Austria) . Were very disappointed about it. Also on the house wall is advertised with indoor pool.
Lying on the "beach", dirty and extremely old. Umbrella stand partly extremely rusty. Steg otherwise very nice.
Window sills in the breakfast room extremely dirty. Pamperous answers from elderly blonde waitress when ordering from omelette.
The young waitresses (probably interns) are very nice.
Room door very difficult to open as it closes by itself.
We are very disappointed with the hotel.
