We will for sure be back

Very nice and friendly place. Staff is super nice, great restaurant and location is very nice and quite.
In the bar/restaurant area they play very nice lounge music, which give you a perfect picture of the traquillity overlooking the mountains and/or the lake.
We had an upgrade (THANKS)due to we brought our dog, and here we had access to the grass on the hotel side, and a nice view of the lake.
Rooms a very nice and very clean. Only thing we can put our finger on, was the bed, where the madresses should probably be in for a change (not enough to cost them a star).
We will be back for sure, no doubt.

Nice location only

We arrived late evening and after a short negotiation we got a price of 180 € /HB . The room like much of the hotel is not welcoming . The location on the see is nice but in front of a swamp area . Food and services are closer to a retirement house than an hotel! At the end turning up at the “right” moment the owner asked to be payed cash (of course we didn’t) !

This guest has never been in our Hotel. We don't know a "Crescenzio"!!!!
Our house is situated directly on the beautiful lake "Millstättersee"!!
When the Hotel is not welcoming for you.......why did you stay in such a Hotel????
We have no swamp area in front of the Hotel; our rooms you see them on the Homepage.
We think our Food and Drinks are very good and the staff is very friendly!!!!
With your Rating you insult our Team and that's not fair!!!

Ideal in winter or summer.

visited this hotel with a school ski party, the rooms were clean neat and tidy, and very warm as it was -10 outside, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was a set menu for the school each night, and was self service buffet, there was plenty of food for everyone and it was piping hot, the bar area was very relaxing and bar prices were good. The location was at one end of the lake with good views. The indoor pool was great. As it was Febuary the out door parts of the hotel were closed. I Would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.

Super gelegenes Hotel

Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Seezugang mit Steg, Liegen und Schirmen. Das Personal sehr freundlich und das Angebot vom Hotel riesig. Für Kinder gibt es viele Aktivitäten und unter der Woche Ausflüge etc. Die Zimmer große, Badezimmer renoviert und einige Zimmer werden ebenfalls noch renoviert von den Möbeln her. Wir hatten ein Älteres aber es war sauber und nichts kaputt. Das Essen zum Frühstück ala Buffet und ausreichend von der Auswahl. Das Abendessen wechselte zwischen Menüs und Buffet und war ebenfalls sehr gut und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Hunde sind willkommen. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden und insgesamt ein schönes, familiäres Hotel zum Entspannen
