Bestens versorgt

Wir waren eine Woche in der Dependance I, können nur weiterempfehlen. Kurzer Fußweg ins Zentrum, ruhige Lage, alles neu und sauber und schön. Freundliche Betreuung mit Schladming-Card inklusive... Bäckerei in der Nähe, TV und WLAN gibt's auch.

Quiet break

The apartment is in a lodge in a residential area. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen and dining area . The bathroom was small but functional. The apartment had Netflix on tv but you need to use your own account. It is handy after a busy day hiking when all you want to do is relax

Wat een grap

8 maanden op voorhand geboekt met 2 gezinnen... En voorschot netjes betaald...
5dagen voor afreis... Foute boeking... Zouden ons in andere residentie steken apart...
Voorstel om dit jaar tegen een gunsttarief te gaan... Haha zelfde prijs als dit jaar.
Gaven fout volmondig toe maar daar kochten we in zo een drukke periode krokus niets voor.

passables Appartment mit einigen Schwächen

Lage des Appartements für Skiurlaub o.k., ca. 7-8 Minuten zur Talstation Planai mit Straßenschuhen- allerdings sollte man unbedingt ein (beheiztes) Skidepot im Planet Planai nehmen, da der Weg mit Ski- und vor allem Skischuhen doch etwas weit ist.
Größe unseres Appartements wäre ausreichend, die Raumaufteilung ist jedoch eher suboptimal. 2 relativ große Schlafzimmer, dafür eine kleine Küche mit 4 Sitzgelegenheiten (ziemlich eng) und ein winziger "Duschschlauch" (gefühlt 2,5 m x 80cm) inkl. WC. Das Waschbecken entspricht der Dimension, die für Gästewaschbecken in der Toilette vorgesehen sind, für eine 4-köpfige Familie viel zu knapp! Da es während unseres Aufenthaltes stark geschneit hat, waren wir sehr erfreut über das Carport, das für jedes Appartement zu Verfügung steht. Balkon hatte unser Appartement (im Gegensatz zu anderen) nicht. Wellnessbereich vorhanden, kann allerdings nicht viel (2/5 Sterne). Umweltschutz spielt keine große Rolle, 2 Müllkategorien (Kunststoff und Restmüll).
Kosten der Endreinigung (€ 72,--) sind mutig angesetzt und spiegeln weder die Größe des Appartements noch die üblichen Stundensätze für Dienstleistungen dieser Art wieder.
