Beautiful hotel in an absolutely prime location! We would gladly come back again!

A beautiful 4-star hotel in an absolutely prime location in the Ruster Bay, very close to the center (Town Hall Square). The entire hotel and the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive everywhere! Even got a second helping at dinner! We had a room on the second floor with a view of the lake. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which was a blessing given the temperatures around June 28. The wellness area and indoor pool are just as clean and very beautiful! The sunbathing area by the lake is equipped with many lounge chairs. Since there were many gray geese around Lake Neusiedl and on all the meadows and open spaces at this time (reportedly around 35,000), there was a lot of goose droppings on the meadows. Of course, the hotel is not to blame; it is just pure nature!

Perfect stay – we will come back next year!

We spent three wonderful nights at the Seehotel Rust and were completely thrilled. Our room was large, modernly furnished, and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable – we slept excellently.
The entire staff was always friendly, attentive, and warm. You feel welcome from the very first moment.
The breakfast left nothing to be desired: From fresh porridge to smoked salmon, a large selection of yogurt and cheese varieties, to plenty of fresh fruit – everything was of the best quality and lovingly presented.
The bar also deserves special praise. The bartenders were quick and whipped up excellent cocktails in no time.
For us, it was an all-around successful stay. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back next year!

Hotel for relaxing in beautiful Rust.

I was accommodated in a nice and relatively large room with a view of the lake. The room was always clean. I did not use the wellness area. I enjoyed the food (both breakfast and dinner). However, the prices for drinks surprised me a bit, e.g., a small beer costs 5.50 euros. Well!!! The local tax is 4.50 euros per night. I found the waiters friendly, which I unfortunately cannot say about two women at the reception (hence a deduction in points).

Nice weekend

We stayed for a weekend at the Seehotel Rust. The check in we found rather cool and we also did not understand why we were not allowed to park at the hotel parking lot in front of the house. The rooms were very clean and functional. Dad's bathroom was very spacious. Dad breakfast was offered in buffet form. Although not very large, there was something for every taste. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout except, as initially mentioned, the reception. Now comes the point we were very surprised about. Since we are wine drinkers we ordered an eight-liter red wine for dinner. The waiter explained to us that this wine comes directly from Rust. It was very good but the price of just under eight euros per eighth of the price shocked us a bit. While walking through Rust we passed by some wine merchants who offered the same wine for just under five euros per BOTTLE. Overall it was a nice stay at the hotel. Det spa area was very small but also very clean. All in all very nice just the pricing policy at this hotel should be revised once.
