We were very satisfied and would come back anytime

We had dinner at the Gasthaus Tetter and we really enjoyed it. The aspic with salad as a starter was excellent and the goulash and the Steirakasnockn with salad as well as the dessert were also very tasty. A very positive thing is that there is only a small menu or the dishes for the house guests. We were served in a very friendly manner. We can definitely recommend a visit to the Gasthaus Tetter and would have happily eaten there again if we hadn't left.

Alright !

We spent a week in this small hotel to enjoy the private fishing course.
The welcome is very friendly, the food excellent, delicious breakfast, the rooms are simple but comfortable, we will come back.

Poor service

We did not make reservations and that was clearly not the way it was supposed to be. Tables outsider were taken and the nicest table inside was reserved according to the grumpy server. No sign on table with reserved and nobody came later on. It was like they did not want us to stay and start feierabend early. It was almost fawlty towers. The way we were approached and "served". We chose to stay in another room inside and had to wait Very long before the waiter asked (grumbled) what to drink. We asked if we could order food as Well and he gave multiple sighs... not kidding. It went on an on. Until i mentioned trip Advisor at hearing distance and attitude turned totally opposite, it was laughable. Food was good. Allergies was VERY DIFFICULT if not standard.

Excellent place for skiing holiday

We enjoy every moment of three days skiing holiday. Arrived by car, immediatelly got a spacy room with everything you expect in four star hotel. Hotel is in very quite location, easy to reach Schladming for skiing either by ski bus or better with car. Excellent breakfast and even better dinner. I would immediatelly give a Michelin star here - using local ingredients and such a nice presentation, food pairing with wine. Sauna to relax. If you seek a gem, there you go. Congratulations to the team of Tetter Gasthof. I will come back.
