A renovation would be urgently needed.

I guess I don't have to write anything about the facilities of the hotel. It's ancient and worn out.
We really just wanted to sleep there, because with the free summer card we had created a great plan for three days. The chaotic weather with the constant rain and snowfall in September unfortunately put a line in our face. It was all closed and we spent a lot of time at the hotel.
The swimming pool was pretty cold and doesn't look very appealing either.
We had booked all inclusive. The drinks menu looked good at first glance, but unfortunately there was only the cheapest of wine over beer etc.
The food, however, was really great. There is an abundance of choice and there was something for everyone. Big praise to the cook. It always tasted very good.
The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part.
Conclusion: Unfortunately, I cannot give a Recommendation.

Was a nice holiday everything fit.

We had concerns for now about the nasty reviews, but we were completely satisfied. The hosts and staff helpful and friendly, breakfast and dinner buffet was sufficient and excellent a praise to all. The furniture in the room is older but everything clean and pure. We will definitely come back.

NOT THE BEST

The staff were very unfriendly, there was no kettle in our room, there was no shower curtain, Tv had no signal all week, bedside light kept going off if you moved in the bed. Food was ok but never hot. There is no lounge to sit and have a drink. Having a drink in dining room and staff tell you drink up its lights out at 10pm.

Good food in a very relaxed environment. Ski bus right outside the door.

The food (buffet, also in the evening) is the highlight of this hotel. But not much else...The room was adequate for one person, albeit with a very narrow bed. Overall, everything is very worn: No matter where you look, there are holes and stains on the walls and carpet, the window doesn't open, the bathroom is probably from the 60s. Extremely thin walls, you can hear your neighbor sneezing and can join in the conversation. When someone takes a shower or flushes the toilet, you feel like you're living next to a waterfall. Then the water splashes into the cistern for minutes.
In the basement there is a sauna (good) with a swimming pool (unfortunately it's always pitch black, although theoretically there WOULD be lights on the ceiling...) and deck chairs. The showers, toilets and changing rooms in the basement are also ancient and in dire need of renovation, the whole bathing area smells of sewer/drain. The ski room is also in the basement: unlocked, windowless, unheated, simple shelves for ski boots - NOTHING dries there and you have to worry that your things won't be there the next morning. The stairs up to the courtyard are also an adventure, as the steps are broken and the railing is rotten. There are several rows of parking spaces in the courtyard, which are usually occupied (in winter it is almost impossible to get out of the second row). The ski bus leaves directly opposite.
The waiters in the evening and the chef are very helpful, but you have to clear away yourself and are assigned a fixed place. The drinks are extremely expensive (beer: €6). I have heard several discussions with guests at reception, and a lot of things are obviously going wrong there.

Very good location
