Problems for charging the electric car

Everything was fine except for charging my electric car. I chose this hotel for its location and the ability to charge my car.
When I arrived, the two charging spots were occupied by non-electric cars. I notified reception, and a spot was soon freed up.
Since charging would finish at 2:00 AM, I asked if I could leave my car there until the next morning. I was told it had to be removed once charging was complete. So at 11:00 PM, I moved the car, even though charging hadn't finished.
The next morning, I found the charging spot occupied by a non-electric car again. Apparently, at this hotel, non-electric cars can occupy the charging spots as much as they want, while electric cars can't, and I had to leave with an incomplete charge.

unfortunately very very loud early in the morning with tour bus leaving and a party that went on below us into the early hours of the morning.

Everything was wonderful! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The restaurant was amazing! Delicious food and wonderful staff as well, and the atmosphere in there was so nice. We enjoyed the stream rooms and saunas one night. The view from our room was beautiful, overlooking the town of Mutters, with Innsbruk in the background and the stunning mountains surrounded everything like a postcard. Travel to and from the hotel into Innsbruk and the ski resorts was very easy with public transportation (bus and trolley).. we loved the truly because of the scenic views and the amount of space for passengers. Our trip was amazing and we can't wait to visit again!
