Top accommodation
We were there on motorcycles. Good storage facilities. Wirt has top tour suggestions. Rooms top renovated. Breakfast top. Top owners and staff. Swimming pond. Half board in hotel opposite, average at best.

Fraud - booked room not received
Positive: Parking on the street opposite the hotel with enough space for many vehicles.

Negative: apart from the somewhat long wait at check-in because nobody heard the bell (around 4 p.m.), I was surprised what you can charge here in Carinthia for an old, shabby room (for single use) with a saggy mattress.
I would not have expected something like this in 2023 in a state that is committed to tourism.
Unfortunately, this room picture was not visible in Booking. The "standard" room that I had booked unfortunately looks different in the pictures in booking. This is also included as proof.♂️ The shabby rooms were not uploaded to booking by the owner.
Is it really that difficult to change a mattress to at least enable a comfortable night's sleep?
Booked on Booking (invoice included) and exempt from VAT. and other taxes (5.70€ as a Carinthia subsidy) I paid 82.64€ for the night with breakfast. Without breakfast there was no room available for selection.
For that price you can even get another room in the heart of Munich/Vienna or somewhere else!
So everyone can see for themselves from the photo. In my opinion, an unjustified price.
Wherever the natural pool is supposed to be, I didn't find it. The signs on the doors are probably 30 years old and when you walk around nobody asks if you can help. I also skipped dinner/a drink because all the employees were probably overwhelmed/overwhelmed due to an event, in my opinion.
There is WiFi, but you can't do much with it in room 210. Actually nothing.
Since I left very early and the room was paid for via booking before arrival, I was able to skip breakfast because my expectations of it were zero based on my previous experience.
That evening I filed a complaint with Booking, and the owner responded the next morning. The offer to drive back to get the money back was definitely calculated - who turns around on their way through if they're only staying there for one night?
So I offered to transfer the money to the owner and gave him an IBAN. Since nothing has been received to date, this can be described as calculated and cynical, even deceitful. Or why didn't they keep their word here?
In summary, I can't recommend it, not even for just one night on the way through!!!

Best hotel during gti treffen
What can i say. Best one over there. Definitely i will cone back there next year. Very good breakfast. Very nice rooms, very clean. Very nice staff working over there. Very nice owner. Big parking next to the hotel. Neighborhood very clean and calm.

A good place to stay
This is the second time that I have stayed in Thomashof, as the last time a very good hotel with a great service in hotel and in the restaurant. The breakfast is good and there are no wishes left open. In the evening you can choose between three different main dishes, there are good and are served promptly.

Very nice place and friendly to bikers. Excellent food/breakfast!
After a long ride, this place is close to the highway and has refill station cloves to it.
The bar is nice, the rooms clean and cozy. Perfect stopover for visiting Kärnten.
