Spacious, clean, friendly

Very friendly people. Spacious appartment. Beautiful view from the balcony. Recommended.
Minor points:
Owners are only here on saturday. But you can always call them if needed.
A little more closet space would be nice.

Superb location,facilities and cleanliness

Stayed for a week in a great ground floor apartment that was superbly appointed, well laid out and spotlessly clean. Just 100 metres off the main village street with excellent views from the garden terrace we were warmly welcomed and had a trouble free, relaxing stay in the heart of Mayrhofen

Great place to stay

Just returned from a weeks holiday at the Villa Wegscheider. Great place, spacious, comfortable and really well equipped. Wonderful location and great views too. Quiet and unspoilt but only a short walk to Mayrhofen centre. Found the robot lawnmower quite entertaining.

Comfortable, Spacious and Clean.

Just back from two weeks self-catering at Villa Wegscheider (booked through Crystal).
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a two person appartment which was very spacious,clean and well equipped. There is also a lovely patio area for relaxing after a day in the mountains.
This was our second trip to Mayrhofen, We found self-catering more attractive to the hotel on our previous trip. There is a good choice of eateries in the town.
Mayrhofen is the best resort we have visited in Austria so far - lots to see and do. The Zillertal Active Card is worth having.

Great Location and Good Apartment

Great location in a quiet area away from the main street, but just a short stroll to get there. Apartment was very clean and well equipped, with full kitchen facilities, separate wc and shower. Separate seating area in open plan kitchen. There is a bakers within 50 meters of the place open from 0630 to get breakfast/lunch from. WiFi available at cost (1 euro for 6 hours)
Would recommend if you want away from the Hotel scene and enjoy meals out at night tasting different establishments cuisine.
