Almost perfect stay in Mayrhofen
We were with a group of 8 adults and had plenty of space in this home (chalet A) away from home. The chalet was very clean and has al the amenities you'd wish for.
There's a fresh bakery about 300 meters away, the center of Mayrhofen is about a 10 minute walk.
Right in front of the door, the skibus (line C), stops frequently. It either takes you to the Horbergbahn or the Ahorn/Penkenbahn. Unfortunately, the bus stops in front of the Bruck 'n Stadl disco, so you will have to walk about 700 mtrs with your ski equipment to either the Ahornbahn or the Penkenbahn.
My tip is to take the C line to the Horbergbahn, it will take you to the same ski area but it saves you a walk with the equipment. Also it is less crowded at the start of the day.
They do provide linnens and towels in the Chalet, but only 1 per person for a week. So don't forget to take some extra from home!
