Very satisfied

We stayed only one night after a performance at the Festspielhaus in the hotel and can't say anything disadvantageous. Both the location in relation to the city centre and the Festival Hall fit perfectly. Both are within easy walking distance. The reception was friendly and competent, our room was in the courtyard and extremely quiet. And this despite the hotel being very well booked. Breakfast was exceedingly plentiful, nothing was missing. Recommended!

The staff are pleasant and friendly, and the room itself is quite nice. Breakfast is excellent. However, the amenities and supplies were disappointing. There was no coffee machine, no air conditioning, no face towel, no shampoo, and not even a telephone or alarm clock in the room. The safe was secured with a default code that’s widely known, which defeats the purpose of having it.
The bathroom design was also problematic — the bathtub only had a half glass partition, which caused water to splash everywhere, making the floor extremely slippery and unsafe. While the hotel uses 220V electricity, there was only one socket available for 110V devices, which was very inconvenient.
Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Great stay
We had an audition in the afternoon and they let us have late check out until 2pm

shower goes hot and cold. instructions don't match the model of safe installed! "air con" switch doesn't do anything. Found out one of the power sockets didn't work, when may laptop had no charge in the morning. Breakfast buffet average. some staff very charming and doing their best despite a hotel failing around them. two members of staff the rudest i have ever found in a hotel. No kettle in bedrooms. I wondered for a minute if i was being filmed for a prank show. Never again.
