Dont expect a Hilton on a Ibis Style. Thats a good and important saying. You pay Ibis Style you get Ibis Style. Generally the stay was ok. Bed is comfortable, pillows are ok. What I dont like in this hotel is that I didnt have any climate control possibility in the room. No switch to adjust colder or warmer and not even on and off. Otherwise, convenient parking just in front of the building.

Veey friendly staff. Not central situated, but 2 tram lines are ver close , going directly to the city center as well as railway station.

Very pleasant stay, good location near center, clean rooms, friendly staff, good food, highly recommended!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is very convenient as it is close to the center of Linz and you can easily reach it by tram or car. The rooms are minimalist and rather simple, but offer a good basic equipment with interesting theme to the industrial city of Linz. Also, the room was very clean.
The restaurant offers very delicious à la carte dishes. The breakfast buffet was very good. The whole staff was always very friendly and helpful. Also the hotel manager Alex was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Easy to recommend. I'll be back.

Disappointing stay at this hotel.
1. Thermostat not working within the room were the ambient temperature I guess was around 25 degrees.
As front desk to resolve and was advised that none of the thermostats within the hotel worked as it was centrally heated. Advise was to open the window...obviously the front desk rep would not have slept in this room with the window open to the traffic noise.
2. Paid room tax by cash upon arrival and requested receipt for expenses and was advised i would receive this at checkout. So at checkout I was then advised the hotel had emailed the receipt to me and as you can guess I never received.
Front desk then advised it was being resent and likewise never received.
To the manager...I will ensure a return visit to your hotel in the coming weeks and expect you to refund my 4.50 Euros!

This Hotel Needs Immediate Closure and Renovation

This hotel should be closed for several months and fully renovated.
The furniture resembles a cheap hostel, not a hotel.
The walls are in terrible condition, (mold) creating an atmosphere where one simply cannot feel comfortable at all. On top of that, there is no proper heating, only a small portable heater, which is shocking for a hotel at this price level
For the price charged, this is simply unacceptable.
This property is not worth more than €20 per night and even that is too much..
