Good location, reasonable price.

Problems with the ventilation/air conditioning, very loud from the rooftop terrace on Friday and Saturday nights, very tight parking spaces, bathtub as a shower, individuals reserving breakfast tables.

Expectation not met

The hotel is super central. Everything is within walking distance. Check-in was straightforward. Especially if you have already recorded everything you need in advance. The double room is relatively large and the shower was functional. However, the rooms are very noisy. In addition, the room (and the hallway in front) was very hot. You can't ventilate even if it rains even a little, because then the windows close automatically. Room service was not very thorough or attentive either. A used drinking glass was not cleared. Cotton swabs have not been refilled. The hair dryer was dirty. At breakfast (EUR 20 extra) the chairs have seen better years and were dirty and worn. Last but not least, parts of the salami and cheese offered were definitely from the day before. I wouldn't stay here again.

+ Friendly staff
+ Spacious, clean and renovated room
+ Clean hotel altogether
+ Parking (20€/day extra fee, quite small)
+ Room was very dark thanks to the blinds
+ Lovely bath tub in the Junior suite
+ Comfortable bed
+ Delightful breakfast, especially that you could make your own fresh juices!
+ Close to the city, but we felt it was still quite peaceful
- It was very hot (even in April-May) because we could not keep the windows open because of the blinds, we did get a fan which helped a lot
- At times very crowded breakfast and the staff couldn’t keep up, could have been a bit wider selection on the pastries

Stayed Saturday-Sunday. Lived on the 6th floor with kids. The rooftop bar on 7th floor was full blast which wasn’t very pleasant. Breakfast was very small, disappointing.
Location 10/10, and if you don’t travel with kids I think you will have a good experience.

Avoid room 100!

After at least 50 nights in this hotel, disappointed again! First, despite notice when booking and, although I took a higher priced room, again did not receive a room with balcony! And then the Supergau! Room 100! The bed is only accessible from the front and accessible with 2 steps! I currently have an injury to my foot and therefore doubly difficult! And then the noise from the cleaning staff! The room is located directly on the stairs and next to the elevator. The cleaning party started its work at 5:00 a.m. Vacuuming was still ok, but the ladies spoke so loudly (screamed) that sleeping was no longer a possibility! Too bad! The hotel gets worse and worse and the prices also rise massively!
