Modern hotel with a top location, but a cold room – highlight: Restaurant and bar with a view.

The hotel is based on a modern, digital concept. The location is excellent. The Danube is easily accessible on foot, and the building itself is also architecturally very appealing.
Unfortunately, our room was not ready when we checked in (pre-announced arrival at 5 p.m.), the wait time would be at least 20 minutes, so there was a change to a themed room (no upgrade).
Unfortunately, our themed room did not impress us, however. The concrete ceiling, the cork floor, and the concrete-look furniture made the room feel rather cold and not very cozy.
The absolute highlight of our stay was the restaurant and the bar. The beautiful view, the delicious sushi, and the great service on the terrace made our visit there a special experience.

Nothing exciting

This new hotel addition is praised in Linz as the "non-plus-ultra." As is so often the case, reality lags behind expectations. The staff is certainly trying, but mostly inexperienced. The "minimalistically" furnished rooms do not really convey a feel-good atmosphere. The highlight of the hotel is the restaurant and the bar on the top floor (27. floor), from where you can enjoy a very beautiful panoramic view of Linz and the surrounding area. But you can also visit this location without being a hotel guest. The membership program the hotel belongs to is also unattractive (the reception staff clearly do not even know how it works). Summary: quite nice for regional standards, an international hotel of a high standard looks different!

Very nice stay except for the price of parking

Very modern hotel located near the Danube but a bit far from the center (15/20 minutes on foot). The room is quiet, large, and very comfortable with an open bathroom that unfortunately lets light into the room! Excellent breakfast. The only downside is the price of parking (20 euros per day) and that the hotel does not offer a preferential rate for its guests. Too bad because our stay was very pleasant.

Modern hotel in a good location with many flaws.

First, I would like to mention that I would generally recommend the hotel. Since it only opened recently, it probably still needs a few improvements!
First the positive: the suite was very nice and large; the glass wall with a view of the city/Danube/Pöstlingberg was impressive! The request for the upper floors also worked out. The staff was friendly and eager to help, and everything was clean as far as we could tell. The garage is public but located directly under the hotel. Unfortunately, there is no lower price for hotel guests. The hotel is very centrally located, and I liked the modern design of the Tabakfabrik/Quadrill Tower.
Unfortunately, however, we also had a few negative experiences during our stay:
1. The shower gel in the shower was already empty after pressing it twice. This was apparently forgotten to be refilled! Very annoying when you are in the room and want to take a shower! After reporting it to the front desk, it was refilled. However, something like this should not happen!
2. There were too few towels because they apparently forgot about one person (we booked for 3 people, but it was only set up for 2 people). Here, too, there was apparently still faulty communication with housekeeping.
3. Upon departure, I opened all the drawers and cabinet doors—as I usually do—so as not to forget anything. In the built-in unit in the living room area, I found leftover food in packaging from a delivery service! Apparently from the previous guest, because according to the receipt that was lying there, it had been delivered several days ago. It smelled terrible! Housekeeping apparently never cleaned there. I reported this immediately, of course!
4. We went to have breakfast at 9:15 a.m. (breakfast goes until 10:00 a.m.), and we were really shocked. Almost everything was already gone and was NOT replenished, or only after asking several times. The waffle batter was completely gone anyway, and there was nothing else "sweet" left either (neither croissants, nor cake, nor anything else). They confirmed that all the sweet items had already been "eaten up" and that they could not do anything more!!! There were also only leftovers of the cold cuts/cheese, but these were replenished after about 10 minutes. For bread, there were only rolls left. Kornspitz rolls, bread, etc., were "eaten up" and were not replenished. Only after asking multiple times were Kornspitz rolls brought out. The fact that so many items are already out 45 minutes before breakfast ends and are not being replenished should not happen in a 4-star hotel! That was very disappointing.
5. The suite was, as already mentioned, very large and beautiful. Despite the many square meters of the suite, the bathroom was, in my opinion, not well planned. The shower has no wall and is not large, so a lot of water splashes out into the bathroom. With this size, it could have easily been solved differently in terms of construction, a pity.
6. Late check-out was included with the suite. Unfortunately, the room key stopped working at 11:00 a.m., so we had to go to the reception specifically to have it extended!
Overall, I can say that we were still able to enjoy our stay in Linz, but due to the high price, we will think very carefully before booking this hotel again. Finally, despite the inconveniences (shower, towels, leftover food, etc.), we were also... Offered nothing as compensation (even if it had just been a drink at the bar!). Especially the multitude of defects should have resulted in compensation with good customer service. The breakfast staff felt very uncomfortable about it!
Therefore, only 2 stars for the hotel - inadequate, as quite a few things should be improved.

I would gladly come back

Room spacious, clean, beds comfortable.
The only downside is the breakfast buffet; for the price, I expect fresh juices, for example.
