Value for money is disproportionate!
Staff friendly.
But 500€ a night - for what?? I wouldn't do it again!

vielen Dank für deine Bewertung! Es tut uns Leid, wenn wir deine Erwartungen bei deinem Aufenthalt nicht erfüllen konnten.
In unseren Zimmerpreisen ist das Frühstück inkludiert. Für die restliche Tagesgestaltung wollen wir unseren Gästen die freie Wahl lassen und größtmögliche Flexibilität ermöglichen. Daher inkludieren wir im Übernachtungspreis keine Leistungen, die dann doch nicht genutzt werden, aber trotzdem bezahlt werden müssen.
In den zwei günstigsten Kategorien ist die Nutzung des Wohlfühlbereichs nicht inkludiert. Wenn Du € 500,00 pro Nacht für das Zimmer bezahlt hast, warst Du in einem Zimmer der höheren Kategorien untergebracht. Bei diesen Zimmern ist die Nutzung des Wohlfühlbereichs inklusive. Wenn es hier zu einem Missverständnis kam, tut uns das sehr leid.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn Du uns noch mal die Chance gibst, dich von unserem Haus und unserem Angebot zu überzeugen.

Exceptional service!
Just wonderful from the first contact. Booking and rebooking was completely uncomplicated, without bureaucracy and with so much understanding and accommodation. You feel taken seriously and warmly welcomed – the friendliness of the team is really special. We are really looking forward to next weekend!

Cool lifestyle hotel
We like to come to Mama Thresl regularly.
The weekend BBQ & DJs are legendary every time. All Brother’s & Sistas are courteous and always friendly.
Even when planning larger events Viola was always by our side and supported us superbly.
For both of us ( we are 28 & 27 ) the days at Mama Tresl are the right mix of sporting activities & “clubbing”.
