Pleasant stay! Excellent breakfast
Pleasant hotel, very well-maintained and clean. Our room had two rooms and two balconies, very spacious; I think it was called Sunnesita. Dining service with a choice of salads, soup, and a choice of a main course between meat/fish/vegetarian. Everything was good, well-served, and presented. The breakfast was excellent. The salmon was highly appreciated for those who do not like cold cuts. Food area for the little ones. During lunch hours, a soup and salad buffet are available. The Ötztal card is available, which offers numerous free attractions, ski lifts, water parks, small museums, etc. For the Aquadome, a 15/00 discount is provided during this period. Very close to the thermal baths. The hotel spa is also good, there is no steam room. Free parking. The hotel is located on a road that is quite busy with traffic. Excellent window frames, however. The only observation is regarding the pillows and the bed, which is a bit soft. Personally, I prefer them with more consistency. We certainly hope to return!!

Here, not only is the host Hannes, together with his wife Clara, a host out of passion – every single employee meets the guests with genuine warmth, attentiveness, and a friendliness that one rarely experiences these days. You feel welcome and cared for from the very first moment.
Special moments for young and old.
And when was the last time you experienced a service employee consciously taking time for a child so that the parents could eat in peace? It is exactly these small but so valuable gestures that make the difference and show how much the needs of every single guest are addressed here.
Attention to detail
And this warmth does not end at the reception or in the restaurant. Even on the floors, you are greeted every day with a sincere smile. The housekeeping staff takes time for a friendly greeting and – if you like – also for a nice small talk. This makes you feel not like a room number, but like a truly welcome guest.
A very special thank you goes to Mira, who looked after our floor. With her warm manner, her attentiveness, and her commitment, she made our stay a little bit nicer every day.

Great hotel!
We had an amazing time at hotel Bergwelt! The stuff is extremely nice and they go out of their way to help you. Our room Sunnesita was spacious and comfortable. The ride to Sölden is 15 mins, or one can take a free bus. The food is tasty and fresh. We loved it and would love to go back again!
