Amazing experience

Fantastic experience! Well arranged with a nice but simple breakfast, everything you ask for is arranged. Couldn't actually check in until around 13:00 but were already allowed in at 11:00 on arrival. Super sweet! Close to the bus station to go to the slopes

Family-run, cozy - that's what an Austrian guesthouse should be like❤️!

I spent a week in Kaprun with a friend and we were very lucky with this guesthouse, which I can recommend to everyone here.
It is run with a lot of love by the Hofer family. There are very spacious rooms, a spacious ski cellar, a rich breakfast with local eggs, homemade yoghurt and honey from their own production. If you like, you can take a look behind the scenes of their farm, where the son runs the business :-)
Mrs Hofer serves breakfast on site, her Meindl coffee really wakes you up for the slopes.
The guesthouse is centrally located in Kaprun, very close to ski lifts, rental shops and restaurants.
Kaprun is much more homely than Zell am See and the glacier cable car to the Kitzsteinhorn (glacier/sure snow!) is only five bus stops away.

Heerlijk rustig in centrum kaprun

Mijn favoriete appartement in Kaprun, direct naast oefenpiste in centrum van Kaprun met alle winkels en restaurants op loopafstand, verder skipiste naar de andere pistes voor de deur.rustig gelegen ondanks dat het in centrum ligt. Netjes schoon en comfortabel. SVP niet allemaal gaan boeken want dan heb ik straks moeite met boeken

Ganz toll !

Wir waren zum ersten Mal Gast und ganz sicher nicht zum letzten Mal. Sehr sehr freundlicher Empfang und überaus nette Gastgeber. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und mit Balkon perfekt für uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt !

Cortesia e qualità.

Da frequentatori ultraventennali dell’Austria, possiamo solo fare i nostri complimenti alla signora Elfride che gestisce con passione questa pensione così ben tenuta a prezzi decisamente convenienti.
Le camere sono grandi con un bel bagno con vasca ,( se avete dimenticato il phon basta chiederlo), una Tv a schermo piatto con canali italiani, un bel balcone, uno skiraum riscaldato ove asciugare gli scarponi con una doppia entrata esterno interno molto comoda. Colazione discretamente buona dolce e salata riesce a far perdonare la mancanza di torte. L’assoluta disponibilità tipicamente austriaca in ogni momento rende piacevole il soggiorno.
