From the very first moment of our arrival, we felt genuinely welcomed and truly cared for. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared to ensure our comfort and happiness. The level of service we received far exceeded all expectations — truly world-class in every sense. Staff ruined a nice trip
Firstly Let me point out that I do not enjoy giving a negative review but this one has to be made. We arrived happily in Austria and to the AvenidA Suites which looked just what we were after. I had arranged for an early check in so that we could hit the slopes and explore the area which was approved by the hotel prior to arriving. Upon arrival we were told that there would be an half an hour wait for our room which was fine. We got some pizza and a drink and waited in the restaurant.
After an hour I asked what was happening and the receptionist got very aggressive, shouting at me saying early check ins weren't available. I explained that I had requested and it was approved and he got more angry and told us to go to the rooms and you can stay in it "uncleaned or not". His words. This made us all feel feel uncomfortable, especially my two children. There was no need for the aggression towards us at all, I was understanding but he was quite nasty about it. It made our stay feel uncomfortable as he was also serving at breakfast. It is a shame as the suites are nice and the area beautiful.
A polite word with your staff would go a long way. I do not expect to be shouted at and treated like this at any hotel.

Your arrival should have felt welcoming and uncomplicated, and we regret that it did not.We understand how disappointing it is when an expected early check-in does not go as planned, especially at the start of a ski holiday. In our written communication, we confirmed you could come to check in at 14:00, while also noting we could not guarantee the exact time the suite would be ready, as we were fully booked. We are proud of our long-standing team members, who are frequently recognized for their courtesy and care, and we are concerned to hear that you felt spoken to in a disrespectful manner. This does not reflect the service we aim to provide. In our diverse, international setting, misunderstandings can sometimes arise due to language nuances; however, this never diminishes our commitment to respectful, professional interactions. Very poor treatment
The hotel''s location is just good, a higher-priced studio room and from both views scary floors and unbelievable that they are treated well or top-notch than the hotels in the world where you stayed in abuse of their staff and RENHARAD''s staff was very poor at handling and creativity, knowing that I am a member of a harsh category at Hilton International Hotels, I missed expectations in this hotel of abuse and reception.

The reception staff is attentive and helpful and the hotel offers a fan, reception and the main door close at 8:00 p.m.
