Beautiful stay in the mountains

Chose a hotel for 1 night on the way to Italy. The hotel is right at the foot of the mountains and offers excellent mountain views. Delicious dinner, good wine card. Breakfast included. Snow white bed linen. Great breakfast. There are saunas, sorry no pool

Definitely not a 4-star hotel

It may have been a 4-star hotel in the past, but that's long gone. The whole house is getting old and obviously nothing is being done to stop the decay. Everything seems worn out and a bit shabby, even the upholstery of the chairs in the restaurant are sat through. In addition, it smells musty and very unpleasant throughout the house.
The ski boot heating was cold all week.
The unkindly presented breakfast consists of the cheapest ingredients, nothing fresh on the buffet (even the fruit salad comes from the freezer) and the cheese already arches on its plate at 9 a.m.
Annoyance in the wellness area: Many guests wear swimwear, although the homepage advertises freedom from textiles. Even at our request, the staff did nothing to change this.
Speaking of staff: the receptionist and a waitress (who unfortunately was only there one morning) are friendly and devoted. The other employees:inside are unfriendly, cool and dismissive. This may be due to the language barrier, because the domestic language is Czech. But a "good day" should still be possible. But it wasn't.
We stayed in the apartment, which is spacious and functional.
The situation is positive: 10 minutes by ski bus to the glacier.
Our conclusion after 1 week: It was ok, but we wouldn't have the hotel a 2. Let's book.

Hotel staff was kind and super friendly.

Hotel staff was kind and super friendly. Wellness was beautiful and the whole hotel was clean. It is located right next to a ski bus stop. I had one of the best breakfast here and also the restaurant for dinner was very convenient. Parking place is huge and across the street.
