Excellent B&B
This is one of the best B&Bs / hotels we have visites recently. Reception was very friendly and we got a nice welcome drink and lots of explanation about this to do, where to eat, ....
The rooms, reception & breakfast area, the terrace are all very nice and very clean. Technically all worked perfect. The breakfast offered a wide choice in bread, fine cheeses, fine meat, honey, jam, .... there was yoghurt, eggs, cereals, ....
We had a room/appartment at the back and had a ice view on the ‘Leitha hills’
Whenever you had a question you could ask it. The wine of the winery was very good.
Many other B&B / hotels can take this one as an example !
The location in Jois is fine to drive, walk, cycle to the other ‘attraction around the Neusiedlersee. The direct neighbourhood is not that nice as the building is next to the main road, but Personally, In order to improve the outside terrain, I would try to put more green plant at the front and side of the building, to try to shield it of off the street and neighbouring company.

Neu renoviertes Weingut direkt an der Durchzugsstraße
Ein wunderschönes Haus, jedoch direkt neben einer stark befahrenen Straße. Die Lage in der Nähe von Wiener Neustadt ist ideal. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön und verfügt über eine moderne Einrichtung aus Naturmaterialien. Das einzige Manko ist die kaputte Duschwand (das Wasser rinnt unten durch).
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet - eine sehr große Auswahl an regionalen Produkten. Die Inhaber sind sehr freundlich. Das einzige Manko ist der Straßenlärm in der Nacht.

Geweldig verblijf gehad
Wat een mooie, zeer schone, kamer en badkamer! We hadden een geweldig grote kamer, met een zithoek, en een prachtige badkamer, met bubbelbad en mooie douche. De ontvangst was erg vriendelijk en ook het ontbijt was zeer goed. We konden koffie op de kamer maken en hadden geweldig uitzicht. Ook kun je diverse heerlijke wijntjes uit de centrale koelkast pakken. Wanneer ik daar nog een keer in de buurt ben ga ik daar zeker overnachten en nergens anders.

Sehr schöne moderne Zimmer
Im Gut Leithaberg hatten wir eines der schönsten Zimmer auf unserer Rundreise. Die Zimmer sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, auch das Bad ist sehr schön. Zusätzlich gibt es einen tollen Frühstücks- und Aufenthaltsraum. Hier kann man sich auch - gegen Bezahlung natürlich - vom guten Wein des Weinguts bedienen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls großartig. Unser Zimmer lag nach vorne zur vielbefahrenen Straße hinaus, nächstes Mal würden wir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Weinberg nehmen. Generell ist die direkte Umgebung des Hotels jetzt nicht so schön, aber man fährt oder wandert ja doch den ganzen Tag herum.

Überragendes Hotel/B&B auf TOP Niveau
Dieses Hotel ist mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft die ich als Vielreisender in der letzten Zeit erfahren habe. Fangen wir mit den Minuspunkten an: Die direkte Umgebung des Hotels ist nicht sehr reizvoll. An der Vorderseite befindet sich die Bundesstraße in Richtung Eisenstadt und an der Rückseite liegt der Parkplatz und dahinter die Weinberge. Das Hotel hat kein Restaurant (an sich logisch bei B&B). Nun aber zu den Pluspunkten: Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist anderen Hotels weit überlegen. Die Möbel sind allesamt aus Echtholz und optisch sehr schön, die Badezimmereinrichtung stammt sogar von Villeroy&Boch. Die Zimmer sind riesig groß und haben einen wunderschönen Holzboden. Die Badezimmer sind ebenso riesig und verfügen neben der geräumigen Dusche über eine große Badewanne mit Whirlpool. Die Toilette ist separat neben dem Bad. Der Fernseher auf dem Zimmer ist riesengroß und neu. Die Zimmer sind mit einer Kitchenette ausgestattet, selbst Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine ist vorhanden... Das Bett ist sehr bequem.
Das Frühstück ist köstlich und bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl an Aufschnitt, Käse, Obst, Yoghurt, Müsli usw.
Außerdem hat man die Möglichkeit ein Flascherl Wein aus der angegliederten Winzerei zu sehr humanen Preisen zu erwerben und am Abend mit aufs Zimmer zu nehmen.
Der Preis für die Übernachtung steht in keinem Verhältnis zu der angebotenen Leistung - er ist viel zu niedrig angesetzt!
