Best place to come with friends

We arrived 10 friends for snow bord trip , the rooms are clean and has all what you need . The staff is VEREY friendly . Breakfast is also full of options .spa is great for after a day in the snow .its not close to the site cherlift but the town is small so no issue to walk 5 min. Ski room is with cameras for security and has all what you need

Not 4 stars!

The hotel has recently been run by new operators, Kopfüber Sportreisen. We were there for the first time and are wondering who gave it 4 stars.
The light on the third floor in front of our room area didn't work the whole week despite multiple complaints. Sauna broken on arrival. Lighting in the stairwell much too dark. Towels are changed every 3 days for ecological reasons. Breakfast was average. Neither water bottle nor paper/pen in the room. The room (double room) and bathroom itself were a bit small, but OK.
Positive: The location directly below the village street and only a few meters from the village tunnel is great.

Very Good Hotel

The Hotel is perfectly situated close to the centre of the village, and close by to the ski lift and range of restaurants. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the room was both large and comfortable.
The Manager of the Daniel could not have been more helpful and we would definitely return of skiing in Ischgl.

good, but not perfect

Breakfast is good, diversified etc - BUT
The coffee is crap, and a reasonable self service espresso maker is 200euro on amazon.
No in room kettle for tea.
The breakfast opens at 8 and the lifts open at 830.
breakfast should always open at least an hour before the lifts.
The sauna is good, but you have to go to reception to ask for robes and towels, instead of self service.
No in hotel dinner.
No courtesy kettle in lobby.
The beds do not separate, even though the mattresses are.
overall the hotel is OK, and mostly good, but not perfect.

A disappointed hospitality

We have just finish one week of vacation staying in Daniel hotel. I must share that the owner is very rud guy. They claim that we broke a chair in the room and try to charge us for a 10 € chair. They gave us a bad filling during all time there. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!
