Short nice stay at Hotel G&K

This Hotel is really nice! It was only a one night stay here but we felt very pleasant. We traveled to visit Vienna. It is very easy to reach and find! The room was very clean. The best thing for me about the room was the bed. It was so comfortable that I barely got up in the morning. The bathroom was very clean too. The breakfast was very good, there were plenty to choose from. Personally I found only one thing that could be improved at this Hotel. You don't have a mini refrigerator in the room. But maybe it's the Hotel policy. For us it was not inconvenient but if you choose to stay 2-3 nights I think it would be a good idea to have one especially in the summer :) I hope this is helpfull.

Good

Good stay for its price. Good for few days of stay with or without family. Nice staff. Good breakfast and peaceful stay. Try if you are in south of Vienna closer to Laxenburg or that vicinity. Very clean rooms..they need to work on internet wifi efficiency which is not that great. Also, English speaking or understanding could be a little problem..but manageable

For travellers

Situated in south of Vienna, G&K Hotels offer good accommodation for its price. This basic 3* hotel offers what you need for short term accommodation. The room is large with all facilities you need. The staff was helpful. The parking is free, and around you can find some stores and a bar. Well knows shopping center SCS is 5 min driving by car, also Vienna city center is 15 min driving by car. I recommend this hotel.

Simple, clean and efficient

This three star Hotel provides all the essentials when staying overnight for business. The rooms (although small) are very clean and modern. The SINGLE bed is very comfortable, and realistically, all that is needed - although I do miss a bigger bed! The bathroom was clean and provided a hair dryer. Breakfast was included and consisted of a good range.
The air conditioner worked well and was individually controlled from your room. My biggest fault is the inconsistent WiFi, although, if you approach reception, they will provide you with a cable and the internet access is slightly better!!!

Basic but not a lot of alternatives

Stayed here for 9 nights in July 2012. This is a business hotel so facilities are basic. Rooms are a decent size but no fans or airconditioning. This may be ok for the cooler weather but for a month a year it is stifling so had to go out and buy a small fan. There is no lounge to relax and no laundry facilities, not even a small iron to borrow. The rooms were quiet even when I had to leave the window open. There was some difficulty booking in because I was originally a single room but a month beforehand I obtained email approval to upgrade to a double. On arrival I was told that was not possible because they were totally booked out. When shown the email this was arranged. Breakfast was also basic but adequate.
