The staff were outstanding. The room was excellent value and very clean and modern. Our only concern was that we were at the end of the corridor in a smaller room, which meant we could hear the tram go past

This hotel offered us just what we needed. Good location, comfortable and tidy room and very helpful staff. The breakfast was very basic, would maybe next time eat at one of the places close by, there were many to choose from.
It was easy to explore the beautiful city by walking or taking one of the trams or buses that drove right outside the hotel. Motel One Graz was great value for the price.

Loved it!

Hotel is in brilliant location in Graz, right next to the trams which is a positive. The hotel has a fresh vibrant feel, they were welcoming, check in was uber efficient (as was bag storage on our last day). The room was basic but very comfy, quiet, clean and had super efficient aircon which was welcomw with outside temperature at 37 degrees. Loved it.

We received friendly help from front desk staff on restaurant recommendations and directions. Our room was quiet and very comfortable. The location was convenient to everything! We would stay here again.
