Modern, streamlined, efficient hotel
There are many rooms, located along gloomy, modern, and quiet corridors. They are well soundproofed and you will sleep very well, also because after 10:00 PM there is deathly silence in the surrounding area. The student housing next door will not bother you either.
The staff is very good, helpful, present, and courteous; the elevators are very fast; the TV has a rich selection (the three Italian national channels are also offered); the safe; the closet; the bed and pillows, the small table, the desk, the armchair. The bathroom, however, is bad; it has a sliding door that not only always leaves a gap into the room for obvious reasons (this is a bad idea, even for hygienic reasons), but thanks to the simple glass pane that divides the room from the toilet itself, although an additional curtain allows you to add privacy to at least one section of the shower (which faces the room itself), you will find yourself seeing the shadow of whoever is in the room from the bathroom, and sometimes the silhouette of whoever is in the bathroom from the room. Furthermore, turning on the bathroom light disturbs anyone who might be sleeping in the room. And so at night you have to use a flashlight.
Good cleaning, except for some horizontal areas, such as the corner for the kettle and the one where the glasses are placed. You must remember to ask the staff to tidy up the room; otherwise they will not do it. You are very kindly left a couple of bottles, one still and one sparkling.
Breakfast, offered next to the lobby in a space that is not very large, due to the turnout on some days, offers almost no sweet options (the usual Gugelhupf cake, which is quite fragrant, by the way; and the usual mini-croissants, also good), but it is quite rich in eggs, vegetables, fruit, sausage, cold cuts, and cheeses (including gorgonzola).
Overall, a strategic choice for the center, bearing in mind that you are not exactly around the corner. You can always rely on public transport nearby.

For a two nights it is ok but for a longer stay I would foresee
My room has not been cleaned in three days, from linen fresh to bathroom clean will be far away
Also I asked at the reception to clean the room only unfortunately I fall on deaf ears
The breakfast buffet is sufficient but everything else leaves something to be desired
